Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya lingkungan dan stimulasi yang diberikan oleh guru. Peranan guru merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dan membantu dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan interpesonal anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya self Assessment peran guru dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan interpesonal anak usia dini. Melalui Self Assessment guru menilai pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendorong evaluasi diri agar memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas peranannya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah survei. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik kuisoner, dengan alatnya berupa lembar kuisoner atau angket dalam 5 skala model skala likert. Dengan responden seluruh guru taman kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Sariwangi Kabupaten Tasikmalaya berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik analisis deskripttif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa indikator self assessment peran guru dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan interpesonal anak usia dini memperoleh nilai sebesar 54.70% termasuk dalam kriteria cukup tinggi dan masuk dalam kategori sedang, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa self assessment peran guru dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan interpesonal anak usia dini secara keseluruhan dari hasil analisis masuk dalam kategori cukup tinggi. This research is motivated by the importance of the environment and the stimulation provided by the teacher. The role of the teacher is a very important factor and helps in developing interpersonal intelligence in early childhood. This study aims to determine the importance of self-assessment of the role of teachers in developing interpersonal intelligence in early childhood. Through self-assessment, the teacher assesses the work that has been done with the aim of encouraging self-evaluation in order to improve and enhance the quality of his role. The method used in this research is a survey. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire technique, with the tools in the form of a questionnaire sheet or a questionnaire in 5 Likert scale models. With respondents all kindergarten teachers in Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, totaling 30 people. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is descriptive analysis technique. Based on the test results, it shows that the self-assessment indicator of the role of the teacher in developing interpersonal intelligence in early childhood gets a value of 54.70% which is categorized as high enough and categorized as moderate, it can be concluded that the self-assessment of the role of teachers in developing interpersonal intelligence of early childhood the overall analysis results fall into the fairly high category.
