Abstract

Kampung Buntar merupakan bagian dari Kelurahan Muarasari yang terletak di bagian Bogor Selatan. Kampung Buntar merupakan salah stau wilayah Sentra Penghasil Olahan Buah Pala terlaris. Hal ini ditandai dengan penanaman serentak 200 bibit pohon pala yang ditanam di atas lahan Saung Kelompok Wanita Tani. Produk olahan buah pala ini diproduksi dan dikelola oleh warga setempat, yang menghasilkan jenis makanan dan minuman seperti es pala, sirup pala, manisan pala, buah pala kering, permen pala, brownies pala, dan selai pala. Penulis rasa adanya potensi untuk mengembangkan sentra pengolahan buah pala di Kampung Buntar Kota Bogor sebagai wisata gastronomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods). Metode tersebut mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penggunaan metode kualitatif dengan cara wawancara dan observasi sementara untuk metode kuantitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk kuesioner. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya potensi wisata gastronomi di Kampung Buntar sehingga dapat mendapatkan strategi untuk mengembangkan Kampung Buntar tersebut dan dapat membuat paket wisata gastronomi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Sentra Pengolahan Buah Pala di Kampung Buntar memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan wisata gastronomi di Kota Bogor dengan faktor-faktor daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan secara bersamaan, dan menghasilkan delapan strategi serta dirancang paket wisata untuk mengembangkan Sentra Pengolahan Buah Pala. Kata kunci : potensi, wisata gastronomi, buah pala, kampung buntar. Kampung Buntar is part of Muarasari village located in the South Bogor section. Kampung Buntar is one of the best selling nutmeg fruit producing centers. It is characterized by the simultaneous planting of 200 nutmeg seeds planted on the land of Women Farmer's Saung group. These nutmeg products are manufactured and managed by local residents, who produce types of food and beverages such as ice nutmeg, nutmeg syrup, candied nutmeg, dried nutmeg fruit, nutmeg, nutmeg brownies, and nutmeg jam. The author's sense of potential to develop nutmeg fruit processing centers in Kampung Buntar Bogor City as a gastronomic tour. This research uses mixed methods. The method collects and analyses qualitative and quantitative data. The use of qualitative methods by means of interviews and temporary observations for quantitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The purpose of this research is to know the potential gastronomic tourism in Kampung Buntar so that it can get a strategy to develop the village Buntar and can create a gastronomic tour package. The result of this research is known that Pala Fruit Processing Center in Kampung Buntar has the potential to be used as a gastronomic tour in the city of Bogor with the factors of tourist attraction has a significant influence and significance, and produce eight strategies and designed tour packages to develop the Pala Fruit Processing Center.
