Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus membahas mengenai persepsi wisatawan terhadap suatu potensi gastronomi dalam kegiatan prosesi Kirab Ngabumi di Kota Banjar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat penilaian wisatawan terhadap tingkat kepuasan wisatawan serta penilaian masyarakat tentang diadakannya kegiatan prosesi Kirab Ngabumi ini. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu teori mengenai komponen gastronomi (Turgarini, 2018), pariwisata dan gastronomi (Richard, 2015), wisata gastronomi (Anton Clave dan Knafou, 2012), dan teori mengenai persepsi wisatawan (Walgito, 2003). Variabel bebas (variabel independen) dari penelitian ini yaitu X adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi wisatawan dimana X1 sebagai faktor internal persepsi meliputi perhatian dan fisiologi dan X2 sebagai faktor eksternal meliputi promosi dan daya tarik. Variabel terikatnya (variabel dependen) yaitu Y adalah aspek-aspek persepsi wisatawan yang meliputi aspek kognitif, aspek afektif, dan aspek konatif. Penelitian ini berbentuk mix method research yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai-nilai gastronomi yang ada pada kegiatan prosesi Kirab Ngabumi, kemudian mendapatkan persepsi dari wisatawan mengenai potensi atraksi wisata prosesi Kirab Ngabumi. Kata Kunci :prosesi Kirab Ngabumi, gastronomi, persepsi, atraksi wisata. Tourist Perception of Potential Gastronomy Tourism Attractions at the Kirab Ngabumi Procession in Pulo Majeti, Banjar City West Java Ine Rahmawati 1601812 Abstract This research focuses on the perception of tourists to a gastronomy potential in the procession of Kirab Ngabumi in Banjar City. The purpose of this research is to see the traveller's assessment of the level of tourists satisfaction and public assessment of the activities of the procession of Kirab Ngabumi. Theories used in this research are theories about the components of gastronomy (Turgarini, 2018), tourism and gastronomy (Richard, 2015), gastronomic tourism (Anton Clave and Knafou, 2012), and theories about tourist perceptions (Walgito, 2003). The free variable (independent variable) of this study is X are the factors that influence the perception of tourists where X1 as an internal perception factor includes physiological concerns and X2 as an external factor includes promotion and attractiveness. The dependent variable (dependent variable) namely Y are aspects of tourist perception that include cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and conative aspects. This research is in the form of a mixed method research that is qualitative and quantitative using SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed the gastronomy values that exist in the Kirab Ngabumi procession activities, then get the perception of tourists about the potential attractions of the Kirab Ngabumi procession.
