Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai hasil belajar siswa. Inti kajiannya difokuskan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar meliputi kompetensi guru, lingkungan masyarakat dan minat belajar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh kompetensi guru, lingkungan masyarakat, dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method, dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket skala lima kategori Likert, terhadap 142 orang siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri Rumpun Bisnis dan Manajemen di Kota Sukabumi. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Model Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis Models). Teknik ini digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan langsung dan tak langsung dari variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa, minat belajar siswa, kompetensi guru kewirausahaan dan lingkungan masyarakat siswa SMK keahlian bisnis dan Manajemen kota Sukabumi termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru dan lingkungan masyarakat terhadap hasil belajar siswa serta terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi guru dan lingkungan masyarakat terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui minat belajar. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Lingkungan Masyarakat, Hasil Belajar, Minat Belajar, Kewirausahaan The question to be examined in this research is the student learning outcomes. The focus of investigation is on the factors that have influence on student learning outcomes,that consist of teacher competence of entrepreneurship, student societies, and interest in learning. Based on the notion, the main question is whether the teachers’ competency, student societies, and interest in learning have some influences on student learning outcomes, partially and simultaneously. The method in this research is Explanatory Survey Method, using the Likert 5-categories questionnaire to 142 students of State Vocational High School of Business and Management Course in Sukabumi. The data technique used is Path Analysis Model. The model is used to identify the direct and indirect associative relation of the exogenous variables on the endogenous variable. Results of this study indicate student learning outcomes, student interest, teacher competence and entrepreneurial communities vocational students business skills and management Sukabumi city in the high category, and there is the influence of teacher competence and community environments on learning outcomes of students, and there is no direct effect of teacher competence and community environments on learning outcomes through student interest in learning.
