    Abstract

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan pribadi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penalaran moral peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen kuasi dan desain penelitian non equivalent control group. Teknik yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Alat pengungkap data yang digunakan adalah angket yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik nonparametris. Hasil penelitian berupa: (1) profil penalaran moral peserta didik; (2) Rumusan program bimbingan pribadi yang layak menurut pakar dan praktisi; dan (3) program bimbingan pribadi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penalaran moral peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Program Bimbingan Pribadi, Penalaran Moral, Peserta Didik SMP. Abstract The purpose of this research is to produce an effective personal guidance program to improvemoral judgement of class VIII students of SMPN 3 Lembang Academic Year 2012/2013. The approach used is quantitative, quasi-experimental methods and research design Nonequivalent Control Group. The sampling technique used random sampling. Instrument used in this research is questionnaires analyzed by non-parametic statistic. The result of the research are: (1) student’s moral judgement profile; (2) the formulation of an appropriate personal guidance program according to experts and practioners, and (3) description of effectiveness personal guidance program to improve student’s moral judgement.
