Abstract

STRATEGI KETAHANAN KEARIFAN LOKAL MASYARAKAT KAMPUNG ADAT URUG RANDI PERMADI 1707543 ABSTRAK Kearifan lokal menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk dipertahankan di zaman modernisasi ini. Maka penelitian ini berangkat dari kekhawatiran akan hilangnya kearifan lokal di Indonesia, kemudian konflik yang terjadi di Indonesia karena hilangnya kearifan lokal pada masyarakat Indonesia dan pentingya melestarikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kampung Adat Urug dalam mempertahankan kearifan lokalnya. Penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara pada delapan informan yang terdiri dari, tiga Kepala Suku Adat, dua Kepala Pemerintah setempat dan tiga masyarakat setempat dari generasi baby boomers, generasi X dan generasi Y. Dalam proses mengumpulkan data Peneliti melakukan 3 proses. Pada proses pertama dilakukan observasi untuk melihat apakah kearifan lokal yang terdapat pada Kampung Adat Urug masih bertahan hingga sekarang ini. Proses kedua dan ketiga dilakukan wawancara yang mendalam kepada para informan dengan mencari informasi utama mengenai proses penanaman nilai yang diterapkan dalam mempertahankan kearifan lokal. Setelah melakukan ketiga proses penelitian selama enam bulan, hasil yang didapatkan. Pertama, penanaman nilai kearifan lokal selalu dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi dari kelompok paling kecil yaitu keluarga hingga kelompok besar yaitu masyarakat. Kedua, struktur sosial menjalankan fungsinya masing-masing dengan budaya tradisional sebagai bagian dari alat pengikat dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Ketiga, sistem sosial yang ada meliputi kearifan lokal sebagai nilai dan norma yang menjadi sebuah tindakan sosial dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. LOCAL WISDOM RESILIENCE STRATEGY URUG VILLAGE COMMUNITY RANDI PERMADI 1707543 ABSTRACT Local wisdom becomes very important to be preserved in this modernization era. Then this research departs from the concern of the loss of local wisdom in Indonesia, then the conflict that occurred in Indonesia because of the loss of local wisdom in Indonesian society and the importance of preserving the values of local wisdom. Then the research aims to examine how the strategy is done by the people of indigenous Urug in maintaining the local wisdom. Research was conducted through interviews on eight informants consisting of, three chiefs of Indigenous peoples, two heads of local governments and three local communities of generations of baby boomers, generation X and Generation Y. In the process of collecting researchers data do 3 processes. In the first process of observation to see if the local wisdom found in the Urug traditional village still survives today. The second and third process carried out a deep interview to the informant by seeking a key information on the process of planting the value applied in maintaining local wisdom. After conducting all three research process for six months, the results obtained. Firstly, planting the value of local wisdom is always done through the socialization of the most small group of families to large groups of people. Secondly, the social structure performs its function with traditional culture as a part of the binders in community life. Thirdly, the existing social system includes local wisdom as the value and norms that become a social act in societal life. Keywords: Endurance strategy, Indigenous peoples, Local wisdom.
