Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini yaitu kurang optimalnya kegiatan latihan untuk menstimulasi keseimbangan pada anak usia prasekolah. Padahal keseimbangan merupakan aspek penting yang dibutuhkan oleh anak untuk bergerak, bermain dan beraktivitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengembangan program senam irama untuk menstimulasi keseimbangan pada anak usia prasekolah. Mengingat senam irama merupakan kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan banyak bermanfaat bagi perkembangan anak. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangkan program senam irama melalui ragam stimulasi gerak yang tepat untuk keseimbangan anak usia prasekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah model PPE (Planning, Production, & Evaluation) dengan partisipan yaitu ahli akademisi dan praktisi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan lembar expert judgment. Hasil expert judgment program senam irama ini berada pada kategori sangat layak digunakan, karena telah memuat komponen program serta ragam stimulasi gerak keseimbangan statis dan dinamis yang tepat untuk menstimulasi keseimbangan anak usia prasekolah. Rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada kepala sekolah, guru Kober/PAUD/TK/RA, pengelola/pengasuh daycare agar dapat melaksanakan kegiatan senam irama untuk menstimulasi keseimbangan pada anak usia prasekolah, serta dapat mengembangkan program senam irama untuk menstimulasi keseimbangan non-fisik seperti kognitif, bahasa, sosial, emosional, spiritual dan seni, Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat merancang video senam irama untuk menstimulasi keseimbangan pada anak usia prasekolah. DEVELOPMENT OF RHYTHM GYMNASTICS PROGRAM TO STIMULATE THE BALANCE OF PRESCHOOL AGE CHILDREN Arning Yulia Erfa 1608031 arningyuliaerfa@student.upi.edu ABSTRACT The problem of this research is the lack of optimal training activities to stimulate the balance of preschool age children. Though balance is an important aspect needed by the child to move, play and activity in everyday life. Therefore, there is a need to develop a rhythm gymnastics program to stimulate the balance of preschool age children. Given the rhythm Gymnastics is a fun activity and a lot of beneficial for child development. The aim of the research is to develop a rhythmic gymnastics program through the appropriate range of motion stimulation for preschool age children balance. The method used is the PPE (Planning, Production, & Evaluation) model with the participants of scholars and practitioners. Research instruments using documentation studies, interviews and sheet expert judgment. The results of the expert Judgment Rhythmic gymnastics program is very well worth the use, because it has loaded the program components as well as a wide range of stimulation of static and dynamic balance motion that is appropriate to stimulate the balance of preschool age children. This research recommendation is addressed to the principal, Kober/PAUD/TK/RA teacher, caretaker/caregiver daycare to be able to carry out rhythm gymnastics activities to stimulate balance in preschool age children, and can develop rhythm gymnastics program to stimulate non-physical balance such as cognitive, language, social, emotional, spiritual and art, for researchers then expected to design rhythm gymnastics video to stimulate balance in preschool age children.
