Abstract

Berbicara mengenai pembentukan karakter islami siswa saat ini, tidak hanya dapat dilakukan melalui pembinaan keagamaan saja, tetapi juga dapat dilakukan melalui pembinaan kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan pada siswa. Salah satu sekolah yang telah mempraktekannya adalah SD Rabbani Bandung. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pembinaan karakter Islami melalui program leaderpreneurship di SD Rabbani Bandung yang di dalamnya mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan teknik evaluasi program leaderpreneurship. Adapun pada praktek penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan datanya. Kemudian, data yang sudah terkumpul tersebut dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa SD Rabbani Bandung mampu menanamkan karakter islami dalam diri siswa melalui program kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan (program leaderpreneurship) yang terintegrasi pada setiap mata pelajaran dan juga kegiatan sekolah. Program ini meliputi kegiatan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK), Zona Inspirasi Dai Rabbani (Zindani), tajir, market day, dan quranic parenting. Secara umum kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk menanamkan karakter kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan dalam diri siswa dengan membiasakan mereka terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan-kegiatan jual beli sederhana serta kegiatan-kegiatan kepemimpinan. Pelaksanaan program leaderpreneurship ini juga difokuskan pada internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman yang terkandung dalam kegiatan jual beli. Teknik evaluasi yang digunakan pun dilakukan melalui tes sumatif, formatif, serta pengamatan para guru terkait perkembangan karakter siswa. Talking about the formation of Islamic character of students today, is not only can be done through religious guidance, but can also be done through leadership and entrepreneurship guidance in students. One of the schools that has been practiced it is Rabbani Bandung Elementary School. For this reason, this study aims to describe the efforts to develop Islamic character through the leaderpreneurship program at Rabbani Bandung Elementary School, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation techniques for the leaderpreneurship program. As for the practice of this research, researcher used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods with observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. Then, the data that has been collected is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display and conclution drawing. The results showed that Rabbani Bandung Elementary School has been able to instill Islamic character in students through integrated leadership and entrepreneurship programs in every subject and also school activities. This program includes Basic Leaderpreneurship Training (BLT), Dai Rabbani Inspiration Zone (Zindani), tajir, market day, and quranic parenting. In general, these activities aim to impart then leadership and entrepreneurial character in the students by getting them involved directly in simple buying and selling activities. The implementation of these program is also focused on the internalization of Islamic values contained in buying and selling activites. The evaluation technique used was also carried out through summative, formative test, and teacher’s observations about character development of students.
