Abstract

Abstrak : Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Wingz O Wingz Naripan Bandung, Asri Salma Barokah Pekembangan bisnis restoran dan rumah makan di Kota Bandung semakin meningkat, menyebabkan pengelola harus berusaha lebih baik memberikan pela-yanan kepada konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan faktor penting untuk sur-vey kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Wingz O Wingz. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan (X) dan kepuasan konsumen (Y). penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuatitatif desriptif dan verifikatif dengan sampel sebanyak seratus responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS release 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh sig-nifikan secara simultan terhadap survey kepuasan konsumen di Wingz O Wingz Naripan Bandung. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen. Abstract : The Influence of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Wingz O Wingz Naripan Bandung, Asri Salma Barokah, 2020 The development of the restaurant and restaurant business in the city of Bandung is increasing, causing managers to try to better provide service to con-sumers. Service quality is an important factor for customer satisfaction survey. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of service quality to customer satisfaction in Wingz O Wingz. The variables in this study are service quality (X) and customer satisfaction (Y). This research uses descriptive and veri-fication quantitative methods with a sample of one hundred respondents. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression using SPSS release 25.0. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant effect simultane-ously on the consumer satisfaction survey at Wingz O Wingz Naripan Bandung.
