Abstract

Penggunaan bahan ajar mandiri oleh guru masih minim dilakukan. Selain itu juga buku tematik kelas IV sekolah dasar yang menjadi buku acuan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik masih belum menunjukkan langkah-langkah pendekatan saintifik secara runtut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu dikembangkannya bahan ajar yang mengintegrasikan teknik pembelajaran yang merangsang siswa aktif berproses selama pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar IPA terintegrasi teknik mencatat mind mapping untuk dapat dipergunakan dalam populasi pengguna yang luas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian design and development menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu (1)analysis, (2)design, (3) development, (4)implementation, dan (5)evaluation. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrumen angket dan wawancara. Instrumen angket terdiri dari angket validator dan angket respon pengguna. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui respon pengguna setelah menggunakan maupun membaca bahan ajar. Angket validator digunakan untuk penilaian bahan ajar oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Angket respon pengguna digunakan untuk penilaian bahan ajar oleh 6 orang guru kelas IV sekolah dasar, untuk respon 5 pengguna siswa dan orang tua siswa. Akumulasi persentase penilaian dari validator yaitu sebesar 89,32%. Akumulasi persentase respon pengguna yaitu sebesar 93,22%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahan ajar sudah sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA SD. ----- The use of self-teaching materials by teachers is still minimal. In addition, the thematic book of grade IV elementary school which becomes a reference book of learning with a scientific approach still does not show the steps of scientific approach in a retail way. Based on this, it is necessary to develop teaching materials that integrated learning techniques that stimulate students to actively process during learning. The purpose of this research is to produce products in the form of science teaching materials integrated mind mapping techniques to be used in a large user population. This research is a design and development study using ADDIE model consisting of 5 stages namely (1)analysis, (2)design, (3) development, (4)implementation, and (5)evaluation. The research instruments used are questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire instrument consists of expert questionnaire and a user response questionnaire. Interviews are conducted to find out the user's response after using or reading teaching materials. Experts questionnaires are used for assessment of teaching materials by materials experts, media experts, and language experts. The user response questionnaire is used for teaching materials by 6 elementary school grade IV teachers, for the response of 5 student users and parents of students. The accumulated valuation of validators is 89.32%. The accumulated response of percent of users is 93.22%. This shows teaching materials are already very feasible for use in elementary school science learning. Keywords: ADDIE Model, Development Research, Mind Mapping, Teaching Materials
