Abstract

Bahan ajar memiliki peran penting sebagai perangsang untuk memberikan dorongan belajar dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar. Tetapi, keterbatasan bahan ajar dapat menjadikan siswa sulit bersaing dalam kehidupan di abad 21 karena siswa tidak mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir. Oleh karena itu penelitian tentang pengembangan LKS berbasis Problem Based Learning diperlukan untuk membantu siswa membangun kecakapan sepanjang hidupnya dalam memecahkan masalah dan membantu mengembangkan pemahamannya untuk lebih dalam mengenai konsep yang dipelajari. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa LKS yang layak dan teruji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Design and Development yang menggunakan lima langkah pengembangan ADDIE yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah angket penilaian untuk ahli dan pengguna. Kemudian LKS tersebut divalidasi oleh dosen ahli, guru, dan siswa. Penilaian ahli memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar 83,75% (sangat baik) dan penilaian pengguna memiliki rata-rata skor 84,5% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut maka LKS berbasis PBL ini sangat layak digunakan pada pembelajaran IPA kelas V khususnya pada materi siklus air dan peristiwa di bumi. ----- Teaching materials have an important role as an incentive to encourage learning in the implementation of education in elementary schools. However, limited teaching materials can make it difficult for students to compete in life in the 21st century because students do not develop thinking skills. Therefore, research on the development of problem-based learning worksheets is needed to help students build lifelong skills in solving problems and help develop a deeper understanding of the concepts being learned. The focus of this research is to produce a product in the form of a feasible and tested worksheet. This research is a Design and Development study that uses the five steps of ADDIE development, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research instrument used by the researcher was an assessment questionnaire for experts and users. Then, the worksheets are validated by expert lecturers, teachers, and students. Expert ratings have an average score of 83.75% (very good) and user ratings have an average score of 84.5% (very good). Based on this assessment, PBL-based worksheets are very suitable for use in class V science learning, especially on water cycle material and events on earth.
