Abstract
Bakso Lotus Jembar adalah salah satu warung bakso di Kota Bandung. Pengelolaan usaha pada Bakso Lotus Jembar masih sederhana, hal ini membuat pentingnya strategi pengembangan bisnis yang tepat pada Bakso Lotus Jembar. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai lingkungan perusahaan terkait dengan peluang, ancaman, kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh Bakso Lotus Jembar. Perumusan strategi menggunakan matriks SWOT dan analisis kelayakan bisnis dilihat dari aspek keuangan dengan analisis kriteria investasi. Terdapat delapan strategi alternatif dengan peningkatan mutu produk dan pelayanan sebagai alternatif utama, sedangkan hasil analisis keuangan menunjukkan bahwa Bakso Lotus Jembar layak untuk terus dijalankan dengan membuka cabang baru sebagai skenario utama. Kata kunci: analisis SWOT, kelayakan bisnis, strategi pengembangan bisnis. Abstract Bakso Lotus Jembar is one of the meatball restaurants in Bandung city. The bussiness management at Bakso Lotus Jembar was running by modest management; this makes the right business development strategies in Bakso Lotus Jembar becomes important. The analysis method which used was description analysis. It was used to get the description about the company environment regarding to the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses factor of Bakso Lotus Jembar. The strategy formulation was conducted using SWOT matrix and also business feasibility analysis as seen from the analysis of the financial aspects of investment criteria. There are eight alternative strategys with the improving the quality of products and services as the main alternative, whereas according to the result of financial analysis could be concluded that Bakso Lotus Jembar was feasible to be operated with open a new branch as primary scenario.
