    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor motivasi yang baru terbentuk dan faktor dominan pada aktivitas leisure. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada 160 responden pekerja di Kota Bandung. Analisis data yaitu menggunakan analisis faktor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor menyatakan bahwa dari 26 indikator motivasi waktu luang maka telah terbentuk enam faktor motivasi baru yaitu learning and knowledge, social interaction, prestige, killing time, health and togetherness, dan rest and relaxation. Lalu, faktor learning and knowledge menjadi faktor dominan motivasi waktu luang.
    This study aims to analyze the leisure motivation factors and dominant motivation factors of employees in Bandung City. The methodology was comprised of descriptive quantitative. Data was collected from 160 respondents (employees in Bandung City) using online questionnaires. Data analysis is using factor analysis. The result of factor analysis states that from 26 leisure motivation indicators have 6 new leisure motivation are learning and knowledge, social interaction, prestige, killing time, health and togetherness, and rest and relaxation. Then, learning and knowledge factors become the dominant factors of leisure motivation.
