Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Koperasi UKM dan Perindustrian Perdagangan Kota Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi, tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat kinerja pegawai Bidang Koperasi, serta adakah pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bidang Koperasi di Dinas Koperasi UKM dan Perindustrian Perdagangan Kota Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara penyebaran angket (kuesioner) dengan model rating scale. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap jawaban responden, diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat motivasi dan tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi. Sedangkan tingkat kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bidang Koperasi di Dinas Koperasi UKM dan Perindustrian Perdagangan Kota Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. The research was conducted at the Department of Cooperative UKM and industry trade Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation, level of working discipline, the level of employees performance Cooperative, as well as motivation and discipline is there any influence on the employees performance Cooperative at the Department of Cooperative UKM and industry trade Bandung either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is explanatory survey. Furthermore, data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires rating scale model. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on an analysis of respondents' answers, the result show that the level of motivation and level of working discipline at the high category. While the level of employee performance is at a high enough category. The results of this study showed that: there is the influence of motivation and working discipline to the performance employees Cooperative in the Department of Cooperative UKM and industry trade Bandung either partially or simultaneously.
