Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat Employee engagement, Motivasi dan Turnover intention pada karyawan Credit Operations PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Region Jakarta dan juga mengetahui pengaruh Employee engagement terhadap Turnover intention, pengaruh motivasi terhadap terhadap Turnover intention dan pengaruh Employee engagement dan motivasi terhadap Turnover intention pada karyawan Credit Operations PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Region Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan populasi dan sampel sejumlah 156 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi liner berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F untuk melihat pengaruh secara simultan dan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Employee engagement dan Motivasi berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan hasil Turnover intention berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil perhitungan sebesar -0,426 dan -0,424, artinya variabel Employee engagement dan Motivasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover intention dengan klasifikasi sedang. Kata Kunci : Employee engagement, Motivasi, Turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of Employee engagement, Motivation and Turnover intention in the Credit Operations employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Jakarta Region and also know the effect of Employee engagement on Turnover intention, the effect of motivation on Turnover intention and the influence of Employee engagement and motivation on Turnover intention on Credit Operations employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Jakarta Region. This study uses descriptive and verification methods, with a population and sample amounted to 156 employees. By using the analysis technique Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the simultaneous effect of the F-test and t-test to see the effect partially. The results of this study showed that Employee engagement and Motivation is in the high category, while the Turnover intention results is in the medium category. The results of the calculation are -0.426 and -0.424, meaning that the variables of Employee Engagement and Motivation have a negative effect on Turnover Intention with a moderate classification.
