Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif metode survei eksplanasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 117 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 responden. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. Hasil pengolahan data didapatkan gambaran komunikasi interpersonal karyawan berada pada kategori efektif, gambaran disiplin kerja karyawan berada pada kategori hampir tinggi, dan gambaran kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara simultan dan signifikan. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja This research was conducted at the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of West Java Province. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and work discipline on employee performance in Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services of West Java Province. This research uses descriptive and verification research explanatory survey methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 117 and the sample in this study was 54 respondents. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of data processing obtained an overview of employee interpersonal communication is in the effective category, a picture of employee work discipline is in the almost high category, and a picture of employee performance is in the high category. Hypothesis test results obtained that Interpersonal Communication and Work Discipline affect employee performance simultaneously and significantly.
