Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai yang masih belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja pegawai, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi (explanatory survey), teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner dengan model skala likert. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 responden . Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan analisis hasil data didapatkan gambaran pelatihan berada pada kategori cukup baik, gambaran disiplin kerja berada pada kategori cukup baik, dan kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. This research was conducted at the Human Resources Development of West Java Province. The problem that is studied in this research is that the employee's performance is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of training, work discipline, and employee performance, as well as to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance in the Human Resources Development of West Java Province. This research used an explanatory survey method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The population in this study were 125 respondents. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis of the research results, it was found that training was in the fairly good category, the description of work discipline was in the good enough category, and employee performance was in the good enough category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is significant effect of training and work discipline on employee performance in the Human Resources Development of West Java Province both partialy and simultaneously
