Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah produktivitas kerja pegawai yang masih belum optimal sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran, penempatan kerja, produktivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Jawa Barat serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan ukuran responden sebanyak 68 pegawai di Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Jawa Barat. This research was conducted in the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java province. The problems studied in this research are employees ' work productivity that is still not optimal in accordance with the targets that have been determined. This research aims to determine the overview, work placement, productivity of employee work in the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java province and to find out if there is any influence of work placement towards employee work productivity. This research uses the explanatory method of survey and data collection techniques using questionnaires with the size of respondents as many as 68 employees in the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java province. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. Based on the results shows that the work placement has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity in the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java province.
