Abstract
Perkembangan startup di Indonesia sedang berkembang tetapi tidak sedikit startup yang gagal, menurut catatan situs forbes.com, 90% startup yang diciptakan gagal. Dalam skala internasional, tingkat kesuksesan mendirikan startup di Indonesia masih rendah dengan angka 5%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran entrepreneurial creativity yang terdiri dari creative thinking skill, expertise dan motivation pada bisnis startup yang dibina Start Up Accelerators, (1) Gambaran keberhasilan startup pada bisnis startup yang dibina Start Up Accelerators (2) adakah pengaruh dari entrepreneurial creativity yang terdiri dari creative thinking skill, expertise dan motivation pada bisnis startup yang dibina Start Up Accelerators baik secara simultan maupun parsial (3). Sensus dilakukan pada bisnis startup yang dibina startup accelerators dengan populasi 30 startup. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS 24 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa entrepreneurial creativity dalam kategori tinggi dan keberhasilan usaha dalam kategori tinggi serta pengaruh entrepreneurial creativity termasuk pada kategori kuat dengan nilai sebesar 61,7%. Hasil pengujian simultan menunjukan nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu yang menyebabkan Ho ditolak. Artinya entrepreneurial creativity adalah pemicu yang cukup baik secara simultan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara parsial menunujukan bahwa variabel creative thinking skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini didapatkan temuan jika kondisi entrepreneurial creativity baik, akan meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha. Penerapam pemikiran kreatif dalam proses ataupun produk startup merupakan hal yang penting yang harus dilakukan karena apabila keberhasilan usaha rendah maka akan berdampak negatif pada bisnis startup yang dibina Start Up Accelelators seperti laba penjualan usaha dan nilai ekonomi dari bisnis startup. The development of startups in Indonesia is growing but there are not a few startups that fail, according to the forbes.com site notes, 90% of startups that are created fail. On an international scale, the success rate of establishing a startup in Indonesia is still low at 5%. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of entrepreneurial creativity which consists of creative thinking skills, expertise, and motivation in startup businesses fostered by Start Up Accelerators, (1) an image of trust in startups fostered by Start Up Accelerators (2) is there any influence from creativity entrepreneurship which consists of creative thinking skills, expertise and motivation in startup businesses that are fostered by Start Up Accelerators, either simultaneously or partially (3). The census was conducted on business startups fostered by startup accelerators with a population of 30 startups. The results of the study used path analysis with the help of SPSS 24 For Windows. The results showed that entrepreneurial creativity was in the high category and confidence was in the high category and the influence of entrepreneurial creativity was in the strong category with a value of 61.7%. The test results show the value of fcount> ftabel which causes Ho to be rejected. That is, entrepreneurial creativity is a fairly good trigger simultaneously for business efforts. While the results of the study partially show that the variable creative thinking skills has a positive and significant effect. This research finds that if the conditions of entrepreneurial creativity are good, it will increase business ability. The adoption of creative thinking in a startup product or process is an important thing that must be done because it is in a low position so it will have a negative impact on the startup business fostered by Start Up Accelelators, such as business sales profits and the economic value of the startup business.
