Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan panduan pelatihan Triple-P (Positive Parenting Program) untuk mengurangi perilaku kelekatan pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Planning, Production, dan Evaluation (PPE) yang dikembangkan oleh Richey dan Klein. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua instrumen penelitian yaitu pedoman wawancara dan format validasi expert judgment. Expert judgment dilakukan oleh dua dosen pembimbing, satu orang ahli pengembangan program parenting dan satu orang ahli pendidikan anak usia dini. Komponen panduan pelatihan Triple-P yang telah dibuat terdiri dari identitas program, tujuan program, metodologi program, materi program, skenario program dan penerapan lima prinsip Triple-P. Hasil expert judgment yang telah dilakukan oleh empat validator menyatakan bahwa panduan pelatihan Triple-P (Positive Parenting Program) untuk mengurangi perilaku kelekatan pada anak usia dini sangat layak digunakan dengan persentase sebesar 90%, dengan revisi pada identitas program, tujuan program, metodologi program, materi program, skenario program, prinsip Triple-P, tampilan dan struktur kebahasaan. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan panduan pelatihan, Triple-P (Positive Parenting Program), Perilaku kelekatan This Study aims to develop a Triple-P (Positive Parenting Program) training guide to reduce attachment behavior in early childhood. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with Planning, Production and Evaluation (PPE) models developed by Richey and Klein. Data collection techniques in this study used two research instruments namely interview guidelines and expert judgment validation format. Expert judgment was carried out by two supervisors, one parenting program development expert and one early childhood education expert. The Triple-P training guide component that has been made consists of program identity, program objectives, program methodology, program material, program scenario and the application of five Triple-P principles. The results of expert judgment conducated by four validators stated that the Triple-P (Positive Parenting Program) training guide to reduce attachment behavior in early childhood is very feasible to use with a percentage of 90% with a revision of program identity, program objectives, program methodology, program material, program scenario, Triple-P principle, appearance and linguistic structure.
