Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan kekuatan penting dalam perekonomian pada suatu negara. Untuk meningkatkan ekosistem kewirausahaan di sebuah negara tetap baik salah satunya dengan menumbuhkan intensi berwirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran business incubator dan entrepreneurial intention serta pengaruh dari setiap subvariabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen pada anggota KOPMA Bumi Siliwangi UPI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survei dengan total sampel 400 anggota KOPMA. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan eksplanatif menggunakan path analysis dengan alat bantu program SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa inkubator bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha dengan pengaruh berada di kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa inkubator bisnis merupakan pemicu yang cukup baik secara simultan terhadap intensi berwirusaha. Untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha pada Anggota KOPMA, direkomendasikan untuk memperhatikan layanan-layanan yang diberikan oleh inkubator bisnis. Under the guidance of Dr. Hj. B Lena Nuryanti S., M.Pd. and Drs. H. Rd. Dian Herdiana Utama, M.Sc. Entrepreneurship is one important factor in the financial sector in a country. To improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country remains good one of them by growing entrepreneurial intentions. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of business incubators and entrepreneurial intentions as well as the effect of each exogenous subvariable on endogenous variables in KOPMA Bumi Siliwangi UPI members. The research method used was an explanatory survei method with a total sample of 400 KOPMA members. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and explanatory using path analysis with the SPSS 23.0 for Windows program. The results of the study revealed that positive business incubators of entrepreneurial intentions with influence were in the moderate category. This shows that the business incubator is a pretty good trigger for business. To grow and increase entrepreneurial intentions on KOPMA Members, it is recommended to pay attention to the services provided by business incubators.
