Abstract

Mata kuliah yang dipelajari pada saat proses perkuliahan sangat berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan Program Pengenalan Lapangan Satuan Pendidikan (PPLSP). Pada pelaksanaan PPLSP tidak jarang dijumpai hambatan-hambatan yang dapat menghambat proses mengajar selama PPLSP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mata kuliah keahlian prodi dan mata kuliah keahlian pilihan prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri serta mata kuliah keahlian profesi yang mendukung pelaksanaan PPLSP dan mengetahui hambatan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri selama PPLSP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri angkatan 2016 yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan PPLSP. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan instrumen pedoman wawancara. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi oleh pakar dan dianalisis menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data menerapkan 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mata kuliah keahlian prodi dan mata kuliah keahlian pilihan prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri yang termasuk kriteria sangat mendukung proses mengajar berdasarkan mata pelajaran jurusan APHP di SMK yaitu Pengetahuan Bahan Agroindustri, Kimia Pangan, Teknologi Pengolahan Pangan, Mikrobiologi Pangan, Teknologi Pengolahan Hortikultura, Teknologi Pengolahan Serealia dan Umbi-umbian, Teknologi Pengolahan Hewani, Teknologi Pengolahan Rempah dan Bahan Penyegar, Penilaian Sensori Pangan, dan Teknologi Pengemasan dan Penyimpanan. Mata kuliah keahlian profesi yang mendukung pelaksanaan PPLSP yaitu Belajar dan Pembelajaran, Media Pembelajaran, Evaluasi Pembelajaran, dan Perencanaan Pembelajaran. Hambatan yang dialami oleh setiap mahasiswa berbeda-beda tergantung dari mata pelajaran yang disampaikan dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menguasai materi yang telah didapatkan selama perkuliahan. Kata kunci: agroindustri, hambatan, mata kuliah. The courses studied during the lecture process play an important role in the implementation of the Education Unit Field Introduction Program (PPLSP). In the implementation of PPLSP, it is not uncommon to find obstacles that can hinder the teaching process during PPLSP. The purpose of this study was to determine the study program expertise courses and the elective expertise courses of the Agro-industrial Technology Education study program as well as professional expertise courses that support the implementation of PPLSP and to find out the obstacles of the Agro-industrial Technology Education Study Program students during PPLSP. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted on students of 2016 Agro-industrial Technology Education who had carried out PPLSP activities. Data collection techniques using interviews with interview guide instruments. The research instrument was validated by experts and analyzed using a Likert scale. Data analysis applies 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the study program expertise courses and the elective expertise courses of the Agro-industrial Technology Education study program were categorized as very supportive of the teaching process based on the APHP major in SMK, namely Agro-industrial Material Knowledge, Food Chemistry, Food Processing Technology, Food Microbiology, Horticultural Processing Technology, Cereals and Tubers Processing Technology, Animal Processing Technology, Spice and Freshener Processing Technology, Food Sensory Assessment, and Packaging and Storage Technology. Professional expertise courses that support the implementation of PPLSP are Learning and Learning, Learning Media, Learning Evaluation, and Learning Planning. The obstacles experienced by each student vary depending on the subjects presented and the student's ability to master the material that has been obtained during lectures.
