Abstract

ABSTRAK Bunga kol (Brassica Olerecae var. botrytis) memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan namun penggunaan pupuk kimia anorganik diharapkan dapat dikurangi dengan pupuk yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Bionutrien S-367B dengan dosis 5 mL/L diaplikasikan pada tanaman bunga kol. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bionutrien S-367B terhadap kondisi tanah, pertumbuhan dan hasil panen serta kandungan gizi bunga kol. Tahapan penelitian ini yaitu analisis dan karakterisasi bionutrien S-367B meliputi analisis kadar NPK, kadar air serta karakterisasi menggunakan FTIR, tahap pengamatan pertumbuhan meliputi tinggi tanaman, panjang dan lebar daun, serta jumlah stomata daun, massa panen, penentuan kadar vitamin C dengan titrasi iodometri dan penentuan kadar protein dengan metode kjeldhal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bionutrien S-367B mengandung 0,08% N, 0,0082% P, dan 0,0117% K, kadar air sebanyak 97, 27% dan terdapat gugus fungsi – OH, C≡C, C=C, COO, C-H aromatik, C-H fenil, dan cincin benzena. Aplikasi bionutrien S-367B dapat menstabilkan pH dan kelembaban tanah. Pada pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, panjang dan lebar daun bunga kol rata – rata diperoleh oleh kelompok kontrol positif secara berurutan yaitu 30,31 cm; 19,78 cm; 12,41 cm, sedangkan jumlah stomata daun tertinggi diperoleh kelompok perlakuan bionutrien S-367B senilai 19,33. Massa hasil panen tertinggi diperoleh kelompok kontrol positif yaitu 27,09 Kg, bionutrien S-367B meningkatkan kandungan vitamin C yaitu sebesar 22,18 mg/100 g, sedangkan kandungan protein bunga kol perlakuan dan kontrol positif bernilai sama yaitu 2,7%. Berdasarkan uji signifikansi diperoleh pH dan kelembaban tanah, tinggi tanaman, panjang dan lebar daun, massa panen tidak memiliki perbedaan nyata. Kata kunci: Bionutrien S-367B, Tanaman bunga kol, Kondisi tanah, Hasil panen, Vitamin C, Protein ABSTRACT Cauliflower (Brassica Olerecae var. botrytis) has high nutrient content that provide health benefits, but the application of inorganic chemical fertilizers expected to reduce with environmentally friendly fertilizer. Bionutrient S-367B with a dose of 5 mL/L was applied to cauliflower plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bionutrient S-367B on soil conditions, caulilfower plant growth, mass yields and nutrition content. Stages of research include analysis of NPK content, water content and characterization using FTIR of bionutrient S-367B, The observation of plants involve height growth, leaf length and width, number of leaf stomata, mass yield, vitamin C content using iodometric titration and protein content using kjeldhal method. The results showed that bionutrient S-367B contained of 0.08% N, 0.0082% P, and 0.0117% K, 97.27% of water and functional groups – OH, C≡C, C=C, COO, C-H aromatic, C-H phenyl, and benzene ring. Bionutrient S-367B applications can stabilize soil pH and moisture. Cauliflower plant height growth, leaf length and width obtained by positive control groups with an average 30.31 cm; 19.78 cm; 12.41 cm, while the highest number of leaf stomata obtained by treatment group obtained 19.33. Cauliflower highest yield mass obtained by the positive control group is 27.09 kg. In addition bionutrient S-367B increases the vitamin C content by 22.18 mg/100g, while the protein content of treatment and positive control group are equal to 2.7%. Based on the significance test, pH and soil moisture, plant height, leaf length and width, crop yield, did not have significant differences.
