Abstract

Yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini yaitu pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang masih rendah dan sebagian anak menganggap bahwa pelajaran paling sulit dipahami adalah matematika. Rumusan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas IV pada materi bilangan bulat; 2) Bagaimana kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa ditinjau dari indicator penerjemahan, penafsiran dan ekstrapolasi. Tujuannya untuk menganalisis pemahaman konsep peserta didik ditinjau dari tiga indicator menurut taxonomy bloom. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan subyek penelitian dari kelas IV SDN disalah satu kabupaten subang sebanyak 7 orang siswa. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan non tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa perlu ditingkatkan lagi. This Research is motivated by students low understanding of mathematical concepts and assumes that mathematics is a difficult subject. The formulas that will be examined in this study are 1) What is the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of Grade IV students on integer material, 2) How is the ability of student to understand mathematical concepts in terms of indicators, namely tlanslation, interpretantion, and extrapolation. This study aims to analyze students conceptual understanding in terms of three indicators according to taxonomy bloom. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with 7 students from grade IV SDN in one Subang district. The instruments used in this study were test and non test. Based on the results of the analysis, student conceptual understanding skills need to be improved.
