Abstract
Abstrak Pendidikan jasmani merupakan bagian dari sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses pembinaan manusia yang berlangsung seumur hidup. Proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan yang diselenggarakan di sekolah tingkat dasar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah kemampuan motorik kasar. Untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar siswa diperlukan suatu proses pembelajaran yang dapat diukur secara objektif. Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen / alat tes yang dapat digunakan guru sebagai alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran karena disusun dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi anak Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan di SDN Cinanggung bahwa pada proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan kelas III tidak adanya pembelajaran yang menarik apalagi memperhatikan kemampuan motorik kasar yang dimiliki siswa. Vertical Jump menjadi salah satu jenis Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia yang dapat digunakan guru untuk mengukur kemampuan motorik kasar siswa dalam melompat. Latihan skipping secara terprogram menjadi alternatif yang dapat diterapkan oleh guru untuk menghasilkan nilai yang maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia 6-9 tahun. Data yang dianalisis berupa data hasil pre-test dan post-test. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan program software SPSS (Statistics Passage For The Social Science) 20 for Windows. Setelah data dianalisis dan diolah maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata yang signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih besar daripada kelas kontrol yaitu sebesar 3.12. Dengan demikian latihan skipping dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil tes vertical jump siswa. Kata Kunci : Vertical Jump, Skipping, Motorik Kasar Abstract Physical education is part of the overall education system that has an important role in the process of human development that lasts a lifetime. The learning process of Sports and Health Physical Education held at the elementary school level is influenced by several factors one of which is gross motor skills. To develop gross motor skills students need a learning process that can be measured objectively. The Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) can be used as an instrument / test tool that teachers can use as an alternative in the learning process because it is prepared and adapted to the conditions of Indonesian children. Based on the results of preliminary observations made at Cinanggung Elementary School that in the learning process of Physical Education Sports and Health class III there is no interesting learning let alone pay attention to the gross motor skills possessed by students. Vertical Jump is one type of Indonesian Physical Fitness Test that teachers can use to measure students' gross motor skills in jumping. Skipping exercises are programmed to be an alternative that can be applied by the teacher to produce maximum marks. This research uses quasi-experimental methods and data collection techniques using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test instrument 6-9 years. Data analyzed in the form of data from the pre-test and post-test. Data analysis using SPSS (Statistics Passage For The Social Science) software program 20 for Windows. After the data are analyzed and processed, the results are obtained that there are significant differences in the average value in the experimental class and the control class. The average value of the experimental class is greater than the control class that is equal to 3.12. Thus skipping exercises can influence the student's vertical jump test results.
