Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen diagnosa kesehatan Implementasi Program Kerja Perguruan Tinggi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan cara proportionate starstifed random sampling, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang menggunakan google form yang disebar di sembilan departemen/prodi pada Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua departemen/prodi dan dosen di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Pada dimensi dan indikator peneliti melaksanakan kegiatan uji konstruk yang menghasilkan perubahan kembali pada instrumen. Dalam pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft excel 2016 dan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. Temuan dan hasil pengolahan data berdasarkan perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS) dari seluruh responden Departemen/prodi di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan yaitu 75,77 yang mana berada pada rentang skor 70-84 artinya berada dalam kategori sehat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kesehatan Implementasi Program Kerja perguruan tinggi pada sembilan departemen/prodi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan sehat dan terbebas dari penyakit. Kata kunci : Instrumen, Diagnosis, Kesehatan Implementasi Program Kerja   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to develop a health diagnostic instrument for the implementation of the Higher Education Work Program at the Faculty of Education, Indonesia University of Education. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling by means of a proportionate stratified random sampling, data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires using google form which were distributed in nine departments / study programs at the Faculty of Education, Indonesia University of Education. The population and sample in this study were all heads of departments / study programs and lecturers at the Faculty of Education, Indonesia University of Education, as many as 82 respondents. On the dimensions and indicators, the researcher carried out the construct test activities which resulted in changes back in the instrument. In processing the research data was carried out using the Microsoft Excel 2016 application and Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. The findings and results of data processing are based on the calculation of the Weight Mean Score (WMS) of all Department / study program respondents in the Faculty of Education, namely 75.77, which is in the 70-84 score range meaning in the Healthy category. Based on the results of the study, the health of the implementation of higher education work programs in nine departments / study programs in the Faculty of Education is categorized as healthy and free from disease.
