Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Instrumen Diagnosis Kesehatan Penganggaran Perguruan Tinggi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen diagnosa kesehatan penganggaran dari peneliti terdahulu dan diuji cobakan pada perguruan tinggi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Probability Sampling melalui Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran instrumen secara tertutup melalui google form kepada 9 departemen/prodi di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua departemen/prodi dan dosen. Pengujian instrumen ini dilakukan melalui tahap uji konstruk dengan dosen ahli (judgement expert), uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS versi 23.0 for windows. Temuan dari hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh beberapa hasil penelitian yang dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut, berdasarkan perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) secara seluruh responden pada Departemen/prodi di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan sebesar 75,77 berada pada rentang skor 70-84 artinya berada dalam kategori sehat. Namun berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tidak semua departemen/prodi termasuk dalam katergori sehat, terdapat 8 departemen/prodi termasuk dalam kategori sehat dan 1 departemen termasuk dalam kategori kurang sehat. The purpose of this study is to develop a budgeting health diagnosis instrument from previous researchers and to be tested in higher education at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The method in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research is Probability Sampling through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. While the data collection technique was carried out by distributing instruments in a closed manner via google form to 9 departments / study programs at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The population in this study were the heads of departments / study programs and lecturers. Testing of this instrument is carried out through the construct test stage with expert lecturers (expert judgment), validity testing, and reliability testing. Data analysis in this study used the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS) with the help of the Microsoft Excel 2016 application and SPSS version 23.0 for windows. The findings from the results of data processing, obtained several research results that can be explained as follows, based on the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS) Overall respondents in the Department / study program at the Faculty of Education, namely 75.77 which is in the score range 70-84 means that they are in the healthy category. However, based on the calculation results, not all departments / study programs are included in the healthy category, there are 8 departments / study programs included in the healthy category and 1 department including in the unhealthy category.
