Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Manajemen Sekolah Model Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di SDN 200 Leuwipanjang Kota Bandung”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen penyelenggaraan pendidikan dalam: 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, 3) hasil dan dampak, dan 4) evaluasi pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu internal sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, ketua TPMPS, dan tim monitoring dan evaluasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi data dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen dalam: 1) Perencanaan sistem penjaminan mutu internal di sekolah dilakukan sesuai petunjuk pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan oleh satuan pendidikan yaitu dengan melakukan sosialisasi penerapan sistem penjaminan mutu internal, pembentukan TPMPS, pemetaan mutu, dan menyusun rencana pemenuhan mutu. 2) Pelaksanaan pemenuhan mutu di sekolah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Kegiatan dalam pelaksanaan ini mencakup implementasi pemenuhan mutu berdasarkan rencana pemenuhan mutu yang telah dibuat sebelumnya oleh sekolah dari hasil menyusun rencana pemenuhan mutu. 3) Hasil dan Dampak dari pelaksanaan pemenuhan mutu sekolah bahwa berdasarkan indikator proses, output, outcome, dan dampak menunjukkan kegiatan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pemenuhan mutu berdampak baik terhadap keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dan pengimbasan sistem penjaminan mutu internal kepada sekolah imbas. 4) Evaluasi pelaksanaan pemenuhan mutu sekolah dilakukan melalui audit perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil. Keluaran dari kegiatan evaluasi ini yaitu strategi dan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan selanjutnya. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan siklus sistem penjaminan mutu internal, meningkatkan pelibatan seluruh pemangku kepentingan di sekolah dan merawat komitmen yang sudah dibangun sehingga tujuan dari penerapan sistem penjaminan mutu internal ini dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, SPMI, Sekolah Model SPMI This research is entitled “School Management Model of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in SDN 200 Leuwipanjang Bandung City”. The purpose of this research is to determine the management of education in: 1) planning, 2) implementation, results and impact, and 4) evaluation of internal quality assurance system of school. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation studies. Subjects in this research were the principal, the head of TPMPS, and the monitoring and evaluation team. The validity of the data is done through data triangulation and triangulation technique. The result of the research shows that the management in:1)The planning of the internal quality assurance system in schools is carried out according to the instructions for the implementation of the education quality assurance system by the education unit, that is by conducting socialization on the application of the internal quality assurance system, the establishment of TPMPS, quality mapping, and compiling a plan for quality fulfillment. 2) Implementation of quality fulfilment in schools runs well and smoothly. Activities in this implementation include the implementation of quality fulfillment based on quality fulfillment plans that have been made previously by the school from the results of compiling a quality fulfillment plan. 3) The results and impact of the implementation of school quality fulfillment that based on process indicators, outputs, outcomes, and impacts show that palnning activities and implementation of quality fulfillment have a good impact on stakeholder involvement, improving the quality of education in schools, and enhancing the internal quality assurance system ti impact schools. 4) Evaluation of the implementation of school quality fulfillment is done through planning, impementation, adn results audits. The outputs of this evaluation activity are strategies and recommendations to improve the quality of further education. Recommendations from this research are expected to improve the implementation of the internal cycle of the quality assurance system cycle, increase the involvement of all stakeholders in the school and maintaining the commitment that has been built so that the purpose of implementing this internal quality assurance system can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
