Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi selama pelaksanaan program pengalaman lapangan, guru masih menerapkan metode konvensional selama proses pembelajaran. Metode tersebut menyebabkan aktivitas belajar siswa terbatas hanya mencatat, mendengarkan dan tidak fokus selama proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar Pengendalian Mutu Hasil Pertanian dan Perikanan setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran blended learning. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 4 Garut kepada siswa kelas X APHP sebanyak 30 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes objektif. Instrumen yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran, lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa dan soal tes objektif yang di validasi terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai N-Gain disetiap siklusnya. Selama penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning secara keseluruhan aktivitas belajar siswa berada dalam kategori aktif. Aktivitas menggambar, motorik dan mendengarkan berada dalam kategori sangat aktif, serta aktivitas visual siswa termasuk dalam kategori cukup aktif. Jenis aktivitas belajar yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah aktivitas lisan dan membiasakan siswa untuk melakukan aktivitas menulis karena berada dalam kategori kurang aktif. The method causes the learning activities of students to be limited to taking notes, listening and not focusing during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes and activities in the Basic Subjects of Agricultural and Fishery Product Quality Control after the implementation of the blended learning model .The study was conducted at SMK 4 Garut to 30 APHP class X students as a research sample. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. Data collection techniques using observation and objective tests. The instruments needed in this study were observation sheets of the implementation of the learning model, observation sheets of student learning activities and objective test questions that were validated in advance. The results showed that the application of the blended learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the increase in the value of N-Gain in each cycle. During the application of the blended learning model as a whole Student learning activities are in the active category. Drawing, motor and listening activities are in the very active category, and students' visual activities are included in the quite active category. Types of learning activities that need to be improved are verbal activities and familiarizing students with writing activities because they are in the less active category.
