Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Pada penderita yang mengalami kanker payudara akan timbul rasa nyeri apabila sel kanker sudah membesar, timbul luka dan juga bila sudah muncul metastase ke tulang. Nyeri pada kanker tersebut merupakan satu fenomena yang subjektif. Yang merupakan gabungan antara fisik dan non fisik. Nyeri berasal dari berbagai bagian tubuh yang akibat dari terapi yang dilakukan termasuk operasi kemoterapi dan radio terapi. Tujuan dari penelitian literature review ini untuk mengetahui Bagaimana penanganan nyeri pada pasien kanker payudara. Metode: Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Literature Review menggunakan sumber dari PubMed dan Google Scholar. Artikel yang penulis review terdiri 5 artikel dalam rentang waktu lima tahun terakhir, artikel didapat di PubMed dengan kata kunci Breast cancer, Pain management, Complementary medicine dan artikel didapatkan di Google Scholar dengan kata kunci Penanganan, nyeri, kanker payudara. Artikel diseleksi menggunakan systematic review dengan PRISMA (Preferre Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis) . Hasil: Dari lima temuan artikel ini didapatkan beberapa penanganan yang efektif terapi komplementer dengan teknik musi klasik, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Hand Massage, dan Guided Imagenary yang dapat menurunkan intensitas nyeri. Diskusi: Penatalaksanaan terapi Hand Massage telah dianjurkan sebagai teknik yang efektif dan mudah yang dapat diterapkan secara mandiri oleh perawat untuk pasien dalam periode post operasi. Teknik tersebut sangat mudah jika dilakukan, sehingga terapi pijat tangan tersebut bisa dilakukan oleh siapa saja yang mengalami rasa nyeri pada pasien yang memiliki penyakit kanker payudara. Kata Kunci: Hand Massage, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Guided Imagery, dan mendengarkan musik, penanganan nyeri, kanker payudara. ABSTRACT Introduction: In patients who experience breast cancer, pain will arise if the cancer cells have enlarged, the wound appears and also when a bone metastase has appeared. Pain in cancer is a subjective phenomenon. Which is a combination of physical and non-physical. Pain originates from various parts of the body resulting from the therapy carried out including chemotherapy surgery and radio therapy. The purpose of this literature review study is to find out how to deal with pain in breast cancer patients. Method: The research used is Literature Review using sources from PubMed and Google Scholar. The article that the author reviewed consisted of 5 articles in the span of the last five years, the article was obtained in PubMed with the keywords Breast cancer, Pain management, Complementary medicine and the article was obtained in Google Scholar with the keywords Handling, pain, breast cancer. Articles were selected using systematic review with PRISMA (Preferre Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis). Results: From the five findings of this article, there were several effective treatments for complementary therapy with classical music techniques, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Hand Massage, and Guided Imagenary which can reduce pain intensity. Discussion: The management of Hand Massage therapy has been advocated as an effective and easy technique that can be applied independently by nurses to patients in the postoperative period. This technique is very easy to do, so that hand massage therapy can be done by anyone who experiences pain in patients who have breast cancer.
