Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pemikiran tentang pentingnya generasi Z Indonesia memiliki sikap nasionalisme, yaitu cinta tanah air, rela berkorban, persatuan dan kesatuan, serta pantang menyerah. Isu terkini tentang merosotnya sikap nasionalisme generasi Z seperti, tidak khidmatnya para peserta didik mengikuti upacara, bangga menggunakan produk asing, tidak mau mengabdi untuk Indonesia, malas menjadi relawan, dan banyak isu lain berkaitan dengan sikap nasionalisme. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji teknik bimbingan klasikal dengan media film dalam meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme generasi Z Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperiment non equivalent pre test-post test control group. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Cilacap Tahun Akademik 2019/2020 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 orang yang dipilih secara purposif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan klasikal dengan media film efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme generasi Z Indonesia. Dengan hasil tersebut, para konselor sekolah direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan teknik bimbingan klasikal dengan media film dalam meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme siswa dengan melakukan beberapa penyesuaian dalam implementasinya. The research is motivated by thoughts about the importance of generation Z Indonesia has an attitude of nationalism, namely the love of the motherland, willingness to sacrifice, unity and unity, and never give up. Current issues about the decline in the attitude of generation Z nationalism such as, not solemnly students participating in the ceremony, proud to use foreign products, do not want to serve for Indonesia, lazy to become volunteers, and many other issues related to nationalism. The research aims to examine classical guidance techniques with film media in enhancing the attitude of Indonesia's Z generation nationalism. The study was conducted through a quantitative approach with a quasi-non-equivalent pre-test-post-test control group design. The study population was students of class X SMAN 2 Cilacap Academic Year 2019/2020 with a research sample of 32 people who were selected purposively. The results showed that classical guidance with film media was effective in enhancing the attitude of Indonesia's Z generation nationalism. With these results, school counselors are recommended to use classical guidance techniques with film media in enhancing student nationalism by making some adjustments in their implementation.
