Abstract

Padasuka Public Health Center construction project is planned to be completed within 3 months, but there are several factors that hamper the project work so that there is a delay, one of them is the waiting time after moulding, so that the available workforce can not do further work. Therefore, it is necessary to allocate resources equally, so that the even distribution of labor resources can help increase the quantity of work done, and not detrimental in terms of cost. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the allocation of labor by finding out the duration of an activity that can be delayed (float) so that activities can be delayed using the BURGESS method in order to obtain the most optimal allocation of labor resources, which because it will affect costs will be compared with S. Curve The results of this study indicate that with CPM, the total duration is 100 days with 9 critical trajectory activities. the results of the most optimal allocation of labor by the Burgess method is after the 15th postponement of activities with the sum of the squared workforce of 58815 from the previous 69609. Analysis of project costs carried out using the S Curve showed changes in costs on days 50-97, where there is a decrease in cumulative costs per day due to previous work delays.
