Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisis Konjungtor Pada Novel KKPK “Athlete Wannabe” Sebagai Alternatif Bahan Pembelajaran Menulis Kalimat Efektif Bagi Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Yola Lolita Program Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Kampus Serang, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Konjungsi koordinatif atau kata hubung adalah sebuah kata yang berfungsi menghubungkan kata dengan kata, klausa dengan klausa, serta kalimat dengan kalimat yang memiliki konstituen atau status sama. Kalimat efektif adalah kalimat yang mengandung informasi dengan penulisan sesuai Ejaan Yang Disempurnakan (EYD), singkat, padat, dan jelas serta bertujuan agar pembaca atau pendengar mampu memahami isi pikiran penulis atau pembicara. Di dalam lembaga pendidikan, khususnya kelas V Sekolah Dasar pada tema 7, sub tema 3 terdapat Kompetensi Dasar (KD) yang mengharuskan siswa membuat surat undangan menggunakan kalimat efektif. Meskipun materi pokok dalam sub tema tersebut membuat surat undangan, namun yang menjadi ketercapaian siswa adalah menulis kalimat efektif. Pada kenyataannya, di dalam buku siswa tidak terdapat penjelasan mengenai kalimat efektif. Hal itu membuat siswa kebingungan dalam menulis kalimat efektif untuk pembuatan surat undangan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan pembelajaran menulis kalimat efektif dengan memanfaatkan hasil analisis konjungtor pada novel KKPK ”Athlete Wannabe”. Bahan pembelajaran yang dihasilkan bertujuan untuk memudahkan guru dalam penyampaian materi dan memudahkan siswa dalam penguasaan materi menulis kalimat efektif dengan bantuan penggunaan konjungsi koordinatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi, guna menjawab rumusan masalah yang telah dibuat. Hasil dari analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan konjungtor koordinatif yang terdapat dalam novel KKPK ”Athlete Wannabe” adalah sebanyak 236 dengan rincian sebagai berikut: dan (194 data), serta (2 data), atau (12 data), kemudian (7 data), lalu (20 data), dan bahkan (1 data). Kata Kunci: Konjungsi koordinatif, kalimat efektif, bahan pembelajaran ABSTRACT The Conjunction Analysis in KKPK Novel "Athlete Wannabe" AsAlternative Learning Material of Writing Effective SentencesFor Class V Elementary School Students Yola Lolita Elementary School Teacher Education Program, Serang Campus Indonesia University of Education Coordinating conjunctions or conjunctions are words that join or coordinate with words, clauses with clauses, and sentences with sentences of equal syntactic importance. The effective sentences are sentences that contain information in according to the Enhanced Indonesian Spelling System (Indonesian: Ejaan Yang Disempurnakan, abbreviated EYD), are short, concise, and clear and aim for the reader or listener to be able to understand the contents of the writer's or speaker's thoughts.In the educational institutions, especially the fifth-grade elementary school on theme 7, sub-theme 3, there are basic competencies (KD) that require students to make invitation letters using effective sentences. Although the subject matter of that sub-theme is to make an invitation letter, that writing effective sentences become student accomplishment.Ireality, there is no explanation of the effective sentence in the student book.It makes students confused in writing effective sentences for making invitation letters. Therefore, this study aims to develop learning materials for writing an effective sentence by using the conjunction analysis result in the KKPK novel "Athlete Wannabe".That learning material aims to facilitate the teacher in delivering the teaching material and facilitate studentsto write effective sentences with the help of the use of coordinating conjunctions. The method used in this research is content analysis, in order to answer the problem formulation.The results of this research showed that the coordinating conjunctions in the KKPK novel "AthleteWannabe" are 236, with the following details: ‘and’ (194 data), ‘and’ (2 data), ‘or’ (12 data), ‘after that’ (7 data), ‘then’ (20 data), and ‘even’ (1data).
