Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experience value yang terdiri dari functional value, value for money, emotional value, social value, dan novelty value terhadap revisit intention di Padma Hotel Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu explanatory survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional method dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 yang terdiri dari tamu individu yang menginap di Padma Hotel Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur. Pelaksanaan experience value dan revisit intention di Padma Hotel Bandung berada pada kategori yang tinggi. Experience value yang terdiri dari functional value, value for money, emotional value, social value dan novelty value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap revisit intention, dengan sub variabel functional value yang memiliki pengaruh tertinggi. Penelitian ini dapat dipakai sebagai evaluasi serta masukan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman, kinerja hingga kualitas pelayanan Padma Hotel Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara experience value terhadap revisit intention. MM. This study aims to analyze the influence of experience value consisting of functional value, value for money, emotional value, social value, and novelty value on revisit intention at Padma Hotel Bandung. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a cross sectional method approach with a total sample of 110 consisting of individual guests who stay at Padma Hotel Bandung. Data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. The implementation of experience value and revisit intention at Padma Hotel Bandung is in the high category. Experience value consisting of functional value, value for money, emotional value, social value and novelty value has a positive effect on revisit intention, with functional value sub-variables that have the highest influence. This research can be used as an evaluation and input to improve the performance of Padma Hotel Bandung's service and experience quality.
