Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KESISWAAN DAN SARANA PRASARANA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN SISWA KELAS XII DI SMK NEGERI 1 BANDUNG Oleh : Pratiwi Ike Pradina1601321 Skripsi ini dibimbing oleh : Drs. Uep Tatang Sontani, M.Si Penelitian ini bertolak dari permasalahan kondisi kepuasan siswa yang kurang puas. Kondisi demikian diduga kuat disebabkan oleh lemahnya Kualitas pelayanan dan sarana prasarana pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non-eksperimental yang bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan menggunakan metode survey ekspalanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui komunikasi tidak langsung dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner atau angket. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sampel dengan ukuran 90 yang ditarik dari populasi berukuran 428. Responden dalam penelitian ini yakni siswa kelas XII SMKN 1 Bandung. Analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan dan sarana prasarana pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, Atas dasar itu maka kepuasan siswa dapat dioptimalkan melalui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan dan perbaikan sarana prasarana pembelajaran. ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF THE QUALITY OF STUDENT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AND LEARNING INFRASTRUCTURE TO XIIth GRADE STUDENT SATISFACTION IN SMK NEGERI 1 BANDUNG By: Pratiwi Ike Pradina 1601321 This research guided by: Drs. Uep Tatang Sontani, M.Si This research was based on the problem of the condition of student satisfaction that is less satisfied. This condition is strongly suspected due to the weak quality of service and weak quality of learning infrastructure. This research is quantitative non-experimental research with descriptive and verification, using an expansionation survey method. Data collection techniques are done by indirect communication with data collection tools such as questionnaires. This research is a sample research of 90 samples drawn from a population of 428. Analysis of the data using multiple regression. The conclusion obtained that the quality of student administration services and learning infrastructure facilities significantly influence student satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. On that basis, student satisfaction can be optimized by improving the quality of student administration services and improving learning infrastructure.
