Abstract

Latar Belakang: Dalam mekanisme gerak tubuh ketika berolahraga, pengukuran leg power, reaction time, dan force sangat penting karena dapat mendukung pergerakan secara keseluruhan dan dapat menentukan kemenangan dalam suatu kompetisi. Komponen kinetik tersebut, khususnya di renang, berperan besar ketika perenang melakukan start. Pengukuran leg power, reaction time, dan force pada start renang tidak dapat dilakukan secara manual. Perlu suatu alat ukur yang dapat menganalisa nilai kuantitatif yang nyata dari komponen-komponen itu. Tujuan: Untuk mendukung analisa leg power, reaction time, dan force tersebut maka alat pengukuran berupa prototype dikembangkan dengan menggunakan sensor Loadcells TAL220, Microcontroler Arduino, dan Bluetooth HC-05. Metode: Research & Development (R&D) digunakan untuk merancang, membuat, dan mengembangkan hardware dan software dari prototype alat ukur leg power, reaction time, dan force pada cabang olahraga renang. Hasil: Prototype alat ukur leg power, reaction time, dan force pada olahraga renang memiliki validitas rendah untuk leg power (r = 0.086), validitas rendah untuk reaction time (r = 0.152), validitas tinggi untuk force (r = 0.676), dan memiliki realibilitas yang tinggi pada semua komponen kinetik yang dihitung yaitu leg power adalah r = 0.832, reaction time adalah r = 0.841, dan force adalah r = 0.972. Kesimpulan : Prototype alat ukur leg power, reaction time, dan force pada olahraga renang ini memiliki nilai validitas tinggi hanya pada komponen force. Tetapi data yang dihasilkan pada uji coba alat memiliki realibilitas yang tinggi untuk semua komponen. Sehingga alat ini dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa komponen leg power, reaction time, dan force pada start renang.; Background: In mechanism of movement when exercising, measuring of leg power, reaction time, and force is very important because it can support the overall movement and can determine victory in a competition. These components, especially in swimming, play a big role when swimmers on start phase. Measurement of leg power, reaction time, and force at swimming start can not be done manually. Need an instrument that can analyze the real quantitative values of the components. Purpose: To support the analysis, the measurement tool of leg power, reaction time, and force in the form of a prototype were developed using sensors of Loadcells TAL220, Arduino Microcontroler, and Bluetooth HC-05. Methods: Research & Development (R & D) is used to design, create, and develop hardware and software from prototypes of leg power measuring devices, reaction time, and force in swimming start. Results: The prototype has less validity in power (r = 0.086) and reaction time (r = 0.152), has high validity in force (r = 0.676), and have high realibiity on all components that calculated (leg power is r = 0.832, reaction time is r = 0.841, and force is r = 0.972). Conclusion: Prototype of leg power measuring instruments, reaction time, and force in swimming has a high validity value only in the force component. But the data generated in the test had high reliability for all components. So this prototype can be used to analyze the leg power, reaction time, and force at the swimming start.
