Abstract
Sarana dan Prasarana merupakan faktor pendukung pelayanan yang dapat disediakan perpustakaan. Dalam pemberian jasa layanan kepada pemustaka diperlukan sarana dan prasarana,untuk mencapai tujuan dari perpustakaan sarana dan prasarana memiliki peran. Oleh karena itu sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan perlu di perhatikan oleh perpustakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian umum, bagaimana ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan khusus berdasarkan peraturan kepala perpustakaan nasional republik Indonesia. Tempat penelitian yang dipilih adalah perpustakaan Salman Reading Corner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi evaluatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah satu kepala perpustakaan sebagai informan, dan dua tenaga pengelola perpustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Perpustakaan Salman Reading Corner belum memenuhi standar Peraturan kepala perpustakaan nasional republik Indonesia. Pada aspek sarana Perpustakaan Salman Reading Corner sudah bisa memenuhi standar, mulai dari jenis sarana yang ada yaitu, meja,kursi dan rak buku, kemudian jumlah sarana juga sudah memenuhi standar. Pada aspek prasarana hasil penelitian menunjukan belum memenuhi standar, mulai dari luas gedung, jumlah ruangan dan aspek ruangan, yaitu aspek kesehatan, keselamatan, kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi pemustaka.; Facilities and infrastructure are supporting factors for services that can be provided by the library. In the provision of services to the library facilities and infrastructure are needed, to achieve the objectives of the library facilities and infrastructure have a role. Therefore library facilities and infrastructure need to be noticed by the library. This exploration is done to answer general research questions, they are, how is the availability of special library facilities and infrastructure based on the head regulations of the national library of the Republic of Indonesia. The place of research in this study is the Salman Reading Corner library. This study uses a qualitative approach with evaluative study methods. The subject of this study is one library head as an informant, and two library management personnel. The results of this study indicate that the Salman Reading Corner Library have not met the standards of the National Library of Republic of Indonesia Regulations head. In the aspect of facilities, they have met the standards, starting from the types of facilities available, they are, tables, chairs and bookshelves, then the number of facilities also meets the standards. In the infrastructure aspects the results of the study show that they have not meet the standards, starting from the building area, the number of rooms and aspects of the room, namely the aspects of health, safety, comfort and safety for the user.
