Abstract
ABSTRAK IWAN KURNIAWAN (1707197). “PEWARISAN NILAI-NILAI BUDAYA LOKAL MELALUI PROGRAM PENYADAPAN BERBASIS BUDAYA KEWARGANEGARAAN UNTUK MEMBENTUK IDENTITAS BUDAYA BANGSA” Program penyadapan merupakan salah satu program unggulan yang ada di SMAN Rancakalong. Dalam program ini proses pewarisan nilai budaya lokal di wariskan kepada generasi muda yaitu siswa, yang di lakukan melalui kesenian yang terdapat di dalam kehidupan masyarakat Rancakalong. Terdapat sebuah permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi yaitu kesenian semakin di tinggalkan karena kurangnya minat generasi muda. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai budaya lokal, proses, kendala, serta upaya yang dilakukan dalam proses pewarisan nilai budaya lokal kepada generasi muda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) nilai budaya lokal yang dominan diwariskan kepada generasi muda yaitu nilai musyawarah, gotong royong dan persatuan. (2) proses pewarisan nilai-nilai tersebut kepada generasi muda dilakukan melalui tiga cara yaitu proses imitasi, sosialisasi dan identifikasi. (3) kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pewarisan secara umum adalah sebagai berikut: dampak negatif modernisasi, kurangnya sarana dan pra sarana, sanggar kesenian yang menutup diri terhadap dunia luar, dan kurangnya komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dan sanggar kesenian, serta kurangnya minat siswa. (4) upaya dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut yaitu dengan mewajibkan progam penyadapan dan sebagai syarat untuk bisa naik kelas, kemudian melengkapi sedikit demi sedikit sarana dan prasarana, sanggar kesenian harus membuka diri dari masyarakat luar, dan meningkatakan komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dengan sanggar kesenian. Kata kunci: Nilai budaya lokal, program penyadapan, budaya kewarganegaraan. ABSTRACT IWAN KURNIAWAN (1707197). "INHERITANCE OF LOCAL CULTURAL VALUES THROUGH A CITIZENSHIP THE CULTURE BASED PENYADAPAN PROGRAM TO FORM NATIONAL CULTURAL IDENTITY " The penyadapan program is one of the flagship programs in SMAN Rancakalong. In this program the process of inheritance of local cultural values is inherited to the young generation of students, who are done through the arts that are found in the life of Rancakalong community. There is a problem behind the art that is increasingly left behind because of lack of interest in the young generation. Based on these reasons, the research was conducted to determine the value of local culture, processes, constraints, and efforts made in the devolution of local cultural values to younger generations. Data collection is done in a way: interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings in this study are: (1) The dominant local cultural value passed on to the young generation is the value of deliberation, mutual assistance and unity. (2) The devolution process of the values to the younger generation is done through three ways: imitation process, socialization and identification. (3) The constraints faced in the devolution process in general are as follows: negative impacts of modernization, lack of facilities and pre-means, art workshops that cover themselves against the outside world, and lack of communication between the school and the workshops and lack of interest in students. (4) Efforts to overcome such constraints is by requiring the penyadapan program and as a condition to be able to board the class, then equip little by little facilities and infrastructure, art workshops must open themselves from the outside community, and Improve communication between the school and the Art Gallery.
