Abstract
Dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa SMA Se-Kota Cimahi, dibuktikan dengan rata-rata Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang masih banyak berada dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah self-efficacy berperan memediasi pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Se-Kota Cimahi sebanyak 1.009 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel slovin dengan kriteria sekolah yang memiliki siswa kelas XI IPS lebih dari 100 siswa, maka didapatkan 389 sampel mewakili SMA Se-Kota Cimahi. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) iklim sekolah berada pada katagori sedang; self-efficacy berada pada kategori sedang; dan hasil belajar berada pada kategori tinggi (2) terdapat pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar (3) terdapat pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap self-efficacy (4) self-efficacy berpengaruh memediasi iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar secara parsial. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar diperlukan self-efficacy dan iklim sekolah yang kondusif. Kata Kunci : Iklim Sekolah, Self-Efficacy, Hasil Belajar It is motivated by student learning outcome in economic subjects as evidence by average odd semester exams (UAS) result of the 2019/2020 academic year which are still far less than the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in High School in Cimahi City. This research aims to know and analyze self-efficacy that mediates the interaction of school climate on learning outcomes. The method use in an explanatory survey with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study were students of class 11th grade social science in High School in Cimahi City with 1.009 students. By using a slovin sample techniques with category school that have more than 100 student, then obtained 389 samples representing high school in Cimahi City . The method used is an explanatory survey and data analysis technique, namely multiple regression analysis with mediating variables. The results showed that: (1) the school climate in the moderate category; self-efficacy depends on the moderate category; and learning outcomes are in the high category (2) There is an influence of school climate on learning outcomes (3) there is an influence of school climate on self-efficacy (4) self-efficacy involves mediating school climate towards learning outcomes. This research finding implies that self-efficacy and a conducive school climate are needed to improve learning outcoumes. Keywords: School Climate, Self-efficacy, Learning Results
