Abstract

Kajian terkini melaporkan bahwa kearifan dan aliansi konseling merupakan dua faktor umum yang memengaruhi kemanjuran dan keefektifan konseling. Tujuan utama penelitian yaitu mendapatkan kerangka pikir integratif pedagogik untuk mentransformasi kearifan dan aliansi konseling calon konselor (PEKA). Secara khusus, ditujukan untuk mengeksplorasi profil kearifan pribadi, kearifan multibudaya, anteseden kearifan, aliansi konseling, serta menguji pengaruh faktor etno-sosio-demografi terhadap kearifan pribadi, kearifan multibudaya, dan aliansi konseling calon konselor Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan multimetode. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah sembilan pakar dan 517 calon guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor dari 11 Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Three-Dimensional Wisdom Scale (α = .85), Wisdom Scale for Multicultural Counselor (α = .78), Skala Ajektif Kearifan Konselor ((α = .94), Skala Anteseden Kearifan (α = .91), Working Alliance Inventory (α = .93), dan Kuesioner PEKA. Data dianalisis menggunakan EFA, statistik deskriptif, MANOVA, dan MANCOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kerangka pikir integratif PEKA hasil konsensus pakar, profil kearifan pribadi, kearifan multibudaya, anteseden kearifan, aliansi konseling, serta pengaruh yang positif signifikan faktor etno-sosio-demografi, kearifan pribadi, dan kearifan multibudaya terhadap aliansi konseling calon konselor Indonesia. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menguji efektivitas PEKA dalam mentransformasi kearifan dan aliansi konseling calon konselor. Recent studies report that wisdom and counseling alliances are two common factors that influence efficacy and effectiveness of counseling. The main objective of the study is to obtain a pedagogical integrative framework (PEKA) to transform wisdom and counseling alliances of pre-service counselors. Specifically, the objectives of the study are to explore the profiles of personal and multicultural wisdom, antecedent of wisdom, and counseling alliances as well as to examine the effect of various ethno-socio-demographic factors on personal and multicultural wisdom, and counseling alliances of Indonesian pre-service counselor. The study used multi-methods. The participants were 517 of the pre-service guidance and counseling teacher/counselor from 11 Guidance and Counseling Departments in Indonesia. The data were collected using the Three-Dimensional Wisdom Scale (α = .85), Wisdom Scale for Multicultural Counselor (α = .78), Wisdom Adjective Scale (α = .91), Wisdom Antecedents Scale (α = .91), Working Alliance Inventory (α = .93), and PEKA Questionnaire. The data were analyzed using EFA, mean, standard deviation, percentage, MANOVA, and MANCOVA. The results of the study shown a PEKA to transform wisdom and counseling alliance resulted from expert consensus, profiles of personal and multicultural wisdom, antecedent of wisdom, counseling alliances, as well as significant positive influences on ethno-socio-demographic factors, personal and multicultural wisdom on the counseling alliance of Indonesian pre-service counselors. Further study is needed to test the effectiveness of PEKA in transforming wisdom and counseling alliance.
