Abstract

The organization is a system role, the flow of activities and processes (patterns of employment relationships) and involve several people as the incumbent in the design for achieving goals together. The achievements of learning as an end goal in his assessment of the success of a student in following the process of learning surely would be much influenced by various things a variety that come from the students themselves and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this research is to know the contribution of liveliness of the organization. The method used is descriptive by using quantitative data. The subject of this research is 36 respondent. Result of the research showed that the final score of the student achievement index.. The number of positive but not significant contribution from the liveliness of the organization is 3,96% whereas 96,04% influenced by another factor.. Therefore, the student should able to use the opportunity in the liveliness of the organization in university. Key words: the liveliness of the organization, student achievement index.
