Abstract

Isu lingkungan merupakan salah satu alasan diterapkannya metode green construction. Hingga saat ini penerapan metode green construction di Indonesia masih terbilang minim. Green Construction berkaitan dengan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Sehingga dilaksanakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Faktor-faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang berhubungan dengan konsep green construction, (2) penerapan metode green construction yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja, (3) pengaruh green construction terhadap tingkat keselamatan dan kesehatan. Sampel penelitian adalah tim ahli yang berada dilokasi proyek. Analisis penelitian menggunakan teknis analisis data dan metode AHP (Analisis Hirarki Proses) untuk menentukan peringkat faktor yang dominan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh tujuh faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang berhubungan dengan konsep green construction. Tenaga kerja menerapkan metode green construction sesuai dengan SOP yang diatur pada proyek tersebut sehingga penerapan metode green construction pada proyek berhasil dan sangat mungkin dilaksanakan. Dari hasil penelitian didapat lima belas faktor pengaruh penerapan green constraction terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, sehingga ketika penerapan green construction berhasil maka keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja meningkat. Setiap proyek konstruksi akan dapat menerapkan metode green construction apabila terdapat standar operasional yang mengatur. Untuk keberhasilan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dapat dengan menerapkan metode green construction.----------Environmental issues are one of the reasons for applying the green construction method. Until now, the application of the green construction method in Indonesia is still minimal. Green Construction is related to occupational safety and health. So that the research aims to find out: (1) Occupational safety and health factors related to the concept of green construction, (2) the application of green construction methods carried out by workers, (3) the effect of green construction on the level of safety and health. The research sample is a team of experts who are on the project site. The analysis of the research used technical data analysis and AHP method (Process Hierarchy Analysis) to rank the dominant factors. Based on the results of the study obtained seven factors of occupational safety and health related to the concept of green construction. The workforce applies the green construction method in accordance with the SOP that is regulated in the project so that the implementation of the green construction method on the project is successful and is very likely to be implemented. From the results of the study, fifteen factors influence the implementation of green constraction on occupational safety and health, so that when the application of green construction is successful, occupational safety and health increases. Each construction project can apply the green construction method if there are operational standards that govern. The success of occupational safety and health can be done by applying the green construction method.
