Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa siswa mengalami hambatan-hambatan dalam membuat keputusan karier dikarenakan pengaruh pikiran negative oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan program konseling karier model cognitive information processing untuk keputusan karier siswa.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design di Kelas XII MIPA 3 SMA PGII 1 Kota Bandung Tahun Akademik 2018/2019. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan screening dari instrumen yang dimodifikasi yaitu Career Thought Inventory (CTI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara empirik program konseling karier model cognitive information processing efektif untuk keputusan karier siswa kelas XII MIPA 3 SMA PGII 1 kota Bandung sehingga disimpulkan bantuan CASVE dari intervensi CIP berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dan teori untuk membantu keputusan karier.----------This study discusses students who oppose challenges in making decisions related to thinking caused by research objectives that produce a career information cognitive modeling counseling program to achieve student progress. This study uses quantitative research methods with the design of a group pretest posttest design research. in Class XII MIPA 3 SMA PGII 1 Bandung City Academic Year 2018/2019. Taking research samples using screening from instruments that examine the Career Thought Inventory (CTI). Research results issued by the empirical program of effective cognitive information processing career counseling models for career attainment of class XII MIPA 3 students in Bandung's PGII 1 High School need to be removed from CASVE assistance from CIP interventions in accordance with goals and theories to help career recovery.
