Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan pembuatan dan kelayakan media belajar berupa mobile learning menggunakan application builder “Appy Pie” yang berisi tutorial pembuatan media pada mata kuliah Media Pembelajaran. Penelitian pendahuluan dilakukan pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri angkatan 2016 yang sedang mengontrak mata kuliah Media Pembelajaran, dengan hasil 70,3% responden mendapatkan kendala selama proses pembelajaran, kemudian 78,4% responden menyatakan bahwa dibutuhkan sumber belajar berupa “tutorial pembuatan media” yang diperlukan saat melakukan praktik pada mata kuliah tersebut. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dikembangkan fasilitas berupa tutorial pembuatan media dalam aplikasi mobile learning sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengakses tutorial dimana pun, kapan pun dan memiliki tingkat fleksibilitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Tahapan R&D meliputi identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk skala kecil, revisi produk, uji coba produk skala besar, revisi produk dan produk akhir. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil dari validasi untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan sebagai media belajar dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli media dan bahasa, dan “Layak” oleh ahli materi. Sebagaian besar responden sangat setuju terhadap kualitas dan tampilan pada mobile learning sebagai media pembelajaran.;
The purpose of research was to determine the stages of creating and feasibility of learning media in the form of mobile learning using the application builder "Appy Pie" which contains a tutorial on making media on the subject of Media Learning. Preliminary research was conducted on the 2016 Agro-Industry Technology Education students who were contracting subject of Media Learning, with the results of 70.3% of respondents getting constraints during the learning process, then 78.4% of respondents stated that there is a needs of learning resources in the form of "media-making tutorials" when practicing on college subject. Therefore, the research developed facilities in the form of media-making tutorials in mobile learning applications so that students can access tutorials anywhere, anytime and have a high level of flexibility. This research uses research and development methods (Research and Development). The stages of R & D include identification of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, small-scale product trials, product revisions, large-scale product trials, revisions of product and final product. Data analysis techniques were carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the validation to determine the level of feasibility as a learning medium stated "Very Worthy" by media and language experts, and "Eligible" by material experts. Most respondents strongly agree on the quality and appearance of mobile learning as a learning media.
