Abstract

Kunjungan studi lapangan dan praktik industri merupakan kegiatan kurikuler yang memberikan kesempatan mahasiswa untuk beradaptasi dengan dunia kerja atau industri sehingga mereka memiliki wawasan kerja untuk terjun ke lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kegiatan kunjungan studi lapangan yang dilaksanakan mahasiswa, mengetahui gambaran kegiatan praktik industri yang dilaksanakan mahasiswa, mengetahui wawasan kerja mahasiswa pendidikan teknik bangunan, mengetahui kontribusi kunjungan studi lapangan terhadap wawasan kerja mahasiswa, kontribusi praktik industri terhadap wawasan kerja mahasiswa dan mengetahui kontribusi kunjungan studi lapangan dan praktik industri terhadap wawasan kerja mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan teknik bangunan 2014 dan pendidikan teknik bangunan 2014 Aceh yang berjumlah 58 mahasiswa. Peneliti memilih metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif , pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan tes, angket digunakan untuk mengukur variabel x1, dan x2 yaitu kunjungan studi lapangan dan praktik industri. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur variabel y yaitu wawasan kerja. Pengujian instrumen dilaksanakan pada universitas pendidikan indonesia, fakultas pendidikan teknologi dan kejuruan, program studi pendidikan teknik bangunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besar kontribusi kunjungan studi lapangan dan praktik industri terhadap wawasan kerja mempunyai kontribusi yang cukup.; Field study and industry practices are curricular activities that provide opportunities for students to adapt to the world of work or industry so that they have work insight into the field. This study aims to describe the activities of field study carried out by students, to know the description of industrial practice activities carried out by students, to know the work insight of building engineering education students, to know the contribution of field study to students 'work insight, the contribution of industry practices to students' work insight and to know contribution of field study and industry practices to the insight of student work. The population of this study were students of 2014 building engineering education and 2014 Aceh building engineering education totaling 58 students. The researcher chose the descriptive method of quantitative approach, data collection was carried out using questionnaires and tests, questionnaires were used to measure variables x1 and x2 namely field study and industrial practices. The test is used to measure the Y variable that is work insight. Instrument testing was carried out at the university of Indonesian education, technology and vocational education faculties, building engineering education study programs. The results showed that the contribution of field study and industry practices to work insight had a significant contribution.
