Abstract

Era teknologi digital pada sektor keuangan di Indonesia telah merevolusi sistem pembayaraan saat ini yang dikenal dengan istilah mobile payment, dengan adanya teknologi baru perlunya penerimaan sebagai perkembangan dari inovasi teknologi informasi. Penerimaan teknologi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh penilaian pengguna atas kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan sehingga dapat tergambarkan apakah teknologi tersebut dapat diterima oleh pengguna atau tidak dilihat dari penggunaan actual dengan indicator durasi dan frekuensi penggunaan. Penelitian ini memodifikasi persepsi Quality dengan Technology Acceptance Model dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas yang diberikan oleh Go-Pay telah memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna sehingga pengguna akan menerima kehadiran Go-Pay sebagai alat pembayaran sehari-hari dengan teknik pengolahan data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan sample yang diteliti pengguna Go-Pay di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian (1) Persepsi System Quality, Information Quality, dan Service Quality dengan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan, artinya Semakin baik kualitas yang ditawarkan, semakin tinggi manfaat yang dirasa oleh pengguna Go-Pay, (2) Persepsi System Quality dan Information Quality dengan Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan Service Quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap Perceived Ease of Use. (3) Kemanfaatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensitas penggunaan, (4) Kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensitas penggunaan, hal tersebut dikarenakan perbedaan penerimaan dari masing-masing individu dari teknologi yang baru dan (5) Intensitas Kegunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penggunaan Aktual; The era of digital technology in the financial sector in Indonesia has revolutionized such as mobile payment. Technological innovation requires acceptance by users as a development of information technology innovation. Technology acceptance is influenced by insight from users for system quality, information quality, and service quality acceptance of new technologies can be seen from the user's insight by focused on actual use (duration and frequency of use). This study modifies the perception of Quality with the Technology Acceptance Model in order to find out whether the quality provided by Go-Pay has fulfilled the desires and needs of users so that users will accept the presence of Go-Pay as a daily payment tool with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data processing techniques) with the sample studied by Go-Pay users in the city of Bandung. The results of the study (1) Perception of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality with Perceived Usefulness have a significant effect, that means the better the quality offered, the higher the perceived benefits of Go-Pay users, (2) Perception of System Quality and Information Quality with Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect, meanwhile Service Quality has no effect on Perceived Ease of Use. (3) Usability has a significant effect on the intensity of use, (4) Ease does not have a significant effect on the intensity of use, it is due to differences in acceptance of each individual of the new technology and (5) Intensity of Use has a significant effect on Actual Use.Quality, Technology Acceptance Model, Structural Equation Modeling.
