    Abstract

    Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh penyimpangan perilaku remaja sebagai bentuk dari ketidakpuasan individu dalam memandang kehidupannya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui keefektifan program bimbingan pribadi-sosial dalam mengembangkan kesejahteraan subjektif peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 8 Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode pra-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Data yang digunakan dikumpulkan melalui instrumen nontes berupa angket model Thurstone yang diadaptasi dari MIDUS. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: 1) kecenderungan kesejahteraan subjektif peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang; 2) fokus aspek yang dikembangkan pada program bimbingan pribadi-sosial adalah penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, tujuan hidup, aktualisasi sosial, dan integrasi sosial; dan 3) layanan bimbingan pribadi-sosial efektif mengembangkan kesejahteraan subjektif peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 8 Bandung. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ditujukan kepada: 1) guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk menerapkan program bimbingan pribadi-sosial dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan menggunakan instrumen kesejahteraan remaja; 2) peneliti selanjutnya untuk meneliti variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif.

    The research background was phenomenon of juvenile behavior deviation, which is a tangible form of adolescent dissatisfaction and unhappiness in looking at their lives. The purpose of study was to determine the effectiveness of the personal-social guidance program in developing the subjective well-being of class XI students of SMAN 8 Bandung. The study used a quantitative approach, a pra-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The data used to reveal the effectiveness of the personal-social guidance program to develop the subjective well-being of adolescents collected through non-test instruments in the form of a Thurstone model questionnaire adapted from MIDUS. This study resulted in: 1) generally, student in class XI SMAN 8 Bandung has the tendency of subjective well-being that is categorized as middle; 2) the focus aspects developed on personal-social guidance program are self-acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, life goals, social actualization, and social integration; and 3) personal-social guidance services effectively develop subjective well-being of class XI students of SMAN 8 Bandung. The recommendations of the results study are given to: 1) guidance and counseling teachers to implement a personal-social guidance program by analyzing the neeeds using subjective well-being instrument; and 2) further researchers to examine other variables that affect subjective well-being.
