Abstract

Kenyamanan dan kesejukan pada saat berkendara khususnya pada mobil sangat diperlukan. Berbagai cara dan upaya yang dilakukan manusia untuk mendapatkannya. Salah satu caranya adalah memasang alat pengkondisian udara (AC). AC (Air Conditioner) adalah alat pengkondisian udara yang meliputi temperatur, kelembaban, kualitas udara dan aliran udara yang dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai macam kebutuhan manusia dan salah satunya adalah kenyamanan manusia. Coefficient Of Performance (COP) merupakan salah satu indikator pada suatu sistem refrigerasi yang sangat menentukan kerja dari sistem itu sendiri. Dengan melihat nilai COP pada satu sistem refrigerasi. kita dapat mengetahui kerja dari sistem tersebut, apakah sistem bekerja sebagaimana mestinya atau tidak. Maka dari itu nilai COP dipengaruhi oleh putaran kompresor. Tujuan karya tulis ini untuk melihat performa AC mobil Toyota Fortuner G Diesel. Penelitian difokuskan pada pengaruh nilai COP pada putaran 1000 rpm, 2000 rpm, 3000 rpm, 5000 rpm, dan nilai COP terbesar. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis diperoleh data: pada kecepatan 1000 Rpm didapatkan nilai COP sebesar 3.69, pada kecepatan 2000 Rpm didapatkan nilai COP sebesar 3.97, , pada kecepatan 3000 Rpm didapatkan nilai COP sebesar 3.70, pada kecepatan 5000 Rpm didapatkan nilai COP sebesar 3.78. Comfort and coolness when driving, especially on cars is needed. Various ways and efforts made man to get it. One way is to install an air conditioning device (AC). AC (Air Conditioner) is an air conditioning device that includes temperature, humidity, air quality and air flow utilized for various human needs and one of which is human comfort. Coefficient Of Performance (COP) is one of the indicators in a refrigeration system that will determine the work of the system itself. By looking at the value of COP in one refrigeration system. we can know the workings of the system, whether the system works properly or not. Therefore the value of COP is influenced by the rotation of the compressor. The purpose of this paper to see the performance of air conditioner Toyota Fortuner G Diesel. The study focused on the effect of COP value on the rotation of 1000 rpm, 2000 rpm, 3000 rpm, 5000 rpm, and the largest COP value. Based on the calculation and analysis obtained data: at a speed of 1000 Rpm obtained COP value of 3.69, at a speed of 2000 Rpm obtained COP value of 3.97,, at a speed of 3000 Rpm obtained COP value of 3.70, at a speed of 5000 Rpm obtained COP value of 3.78.
