Abstract
Motivasi seseorang pada dasarnya akan mempengaruhi hasil pembelajaran. Motivasi juga akan mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman seseorang. Apabila seseorang memiliki motivasi tinggi maka dia akan memahami apapun yang diberikan pendidik. Berdasarkan pada hal itu, peneliti berupaya, menghubungkan motivasi dengan hasil pembelajaran yang berupa nilai akhir seseorang dan persepsi peserta dengan hasil pembelajaran. Berdasarkan pada jenis pelatihan di lembaga, maka peneliti mengambil keputusan, BBPP Lembang sebagai tempat penelitian, karena lembaga tersebut menyelenggarakan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan bagi Aparatur dan non aparatur. Dari permasalahan di atas didapat bahwa tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis tentang (1) gambaran motivasi peserta diklat teknis budidaya krisan(2) gambaran persepsi peserta diklat (3)pengaruh motivasi dan persepsi peserta terhadap hasil pembelajaran diklat khususnya Diklat Teknis Budidaya krisan. Landasan teori dan konsep yang digunakan yaitu : (1) Konsep Pendidikan Luar Sekolah, (2) Konsep Dasar Pelatihan dan Pelatihan, (3) Konsep Dasar Motivasi, (4) Hakikat Belajar, dan (5) Konsep Persepsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuanlitatif dengan metode deskriptif tepatnya berupa korelasi dan regresi. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta aparatur dan non aparatur Diklat Teknis Budidaya Krisan . Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, angket. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1)gambaran motivasi di BBPP lembang diketahui melalui evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh BBPP lembang. Hasil dari evaluasi oleh fasilitator dan panitia BBPP Lembang di kelas Aparatur Diklat Teknis Budidaya Krisan motivasi awal peserta berada di rata-rata 20%, sedangkan pada pertengahan diklat motivasi masih 20%, dan pada akhir diklat motivasi tetap pada 20%. Hasil dari evaluasi oleh fasilitator dan panitia BBPP Lembang di kelas Non aparatur Diklat Teknis Budidaya Krisan motivasi awal peserta berada pada 20%, sedangkan pada tahap pertengahan diklat motivasi masih 20%, dan pada tahap akhir diklat motivasi tetap 20%. (2). Gambaran persepsi peserta terhadap materi, dari hasil Evaluasi pemahaman materi yang dilakukan oleh BBPP Lembang kelas Aparatur lebih paham mengenai materi analisa usahatani dan pemasaran. Begitu pula dengan evaluasi pemahaman materi yang dilakukan oleh BBPP lembang di kelas non aparatur, peserta lebih paham mengenai materi analisa usahatani dan pemasaran. (3) pengaruh motivasi dan persepsi peserta terhadap hasil pembelajaran. Berdasarkan pada analisis regresi linier sederhana yang dilakukan oleh penulis, persepsi peserta memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil pembelajaran. Sedangkan Motivasi baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil pembelajaran. Abstract Motivation will basically affect learning outcomes. Motivation also affects a person's level of understanding. If someone has a high motivation he will understand any given educators. Based on that, the researchers attempted, linking motivation with learning outcomes in the form of the final value of a person and the participant with the learning outcomes. Based on the type of training at the institute, the researchers took the decision, BBPP Lembang as a research site because the institute organizes Education and Training for Administrative and non government. Obtained from the above problems that the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze on (1) an overview of technical training participants motivation cultivation of chrysanthemum (2) description of the participant training (3) the influence of motivation and perceptions of the learning outcomes of the training participants particularly the Technical Training Cultivation of chrysanthemum. The foundation of the theory and concepts used are: (1) The concept of School Education, (2) Basic Concepts Training and Training, (3) Basic Concepts of motivation, (4) The nature of learning, and (5) The concept of perception. This study used a descriptive method kuanlitatif approach rather be correlation and regression. Subjects were participants and non government officials Technical Training Chrysanthemum Cultivation. Data collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires. The conclusion of this study were (1) an overview of motivation in BBPP valley known through evaluation by BBPP Lembang. The results of the evaluation by the facilitator and committee BBPP Lembang in class Technical Training Apparatus Chrysanthemum Cultivation initial motivation of participants were on average 20%, while in the middle of training motivation was still 20%, and at the end of training motivation remains at 20%. The results of the evaluation by the facilitator and committee BBPP Lembang in class Non Technical Training apparatus Chrysanthemum Cultivation initial motivation of participants is at 20%, while in the mid stages of training motivation was still 20%, and at the final stage of training motivation remains 20%. (2). Picture of participants' perceptions of the material, the results of evaluation of learning materials by BBPP Lembang Apparatus classes more knowledgeable about farming and marketing material analysis. Similarly, the evaluation of learning materials by BBPP dent in the non apparatus, participants were more knowledgeable about farming and marketing material analysis. (3) the influence of motivation and perceptions of the participants of the learning outcomes. Based on a simple linear regression analysis conducted by the authors, the participant has a relationship to learning outcomes. Both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation has no significant relationship to learning outcomes
