Abstract
Air dibutuhkan oleh semua mahluk hidup, karena tanpa air tidak akan ada kehidupan. Air merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, karena dalam berbagai kegiatan kehidupan manusia tidak terlepas dari air. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat, mengidentifikasi bentuk pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih serta mengetahui proporsi pemenuhan air bersih masyarakat di Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksploratif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan data primer (hasil observasi lapangan, angket dan wawancara) dengan menggunakan teknik analisis berupa analisis persentase. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil temuan yang pertama yaitu kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat di Kecamatan Cicendo rata – rata perorangnya adalah 150,87 liter perorang per hari dengan kebutuhan terbanyak adalah untuk MCK. Temuan kedua yaitu bentuk pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat di Kecamatan Cicendo paling banyak menggunakan sumber air dari sumur. Temuan ketiga yaitu proporsi pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat di Kecamatan Cicendo adalah 79,71% warga menggunakan air sumur, 17,39% warga menggunakan air PDAM dan sisanya sekitar 2,90% warga menggunakan air dari sumber lain berupa air bantuan. Sebanyak 81% warga yang merasa tercukupi kebutuhan airnya pada musim hujan, pada musim kemarau hanya sebanyak 59% yang merasa tercukupi kebutuhan airnya. Water is needed by all living things, because without water there will be no life. Water is a very important thing in human life, because in various activities human life is not separated from water. The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of clean water for the community to identify the form of fulfillment of clean water needs and to know the proportion of fulfillment of clean water in Cicendo District, Bandung City. The research metode used in this study is explorative. The data used are secondary data and primary data (results of field observations, questionnaires and interviews) using analysis techniques in the form of percentage analysis. This research obtained the first finding, namely the need for clean water for the community in Cicendo Subdistrict - the average person per person was 150.87 liters per person per day with the most needs being for MCK. The second finding is the form of fulfilling the needs of clean water for the community in Cicendo Subdistrict using the most water sources from the well. The third finding, namely the proportion of meeting the needs of community clean water in Cicendo Subdistrict, is 79.71% using well water, 17.39% of residents using PDAM water and the remaining around 2.90% of residents using water from other sources in the form of relief water. As many as 81% of residents feel that their water needs are fulfilled during the rainy season, in the dry season only as many as 59% feel fulfilled by their water needs.
